This building is so beautiful. We came to watch our son in a cornhole tournament here. I would love to see the inside of it all sometime.

Loved it! Had a guide for a bit, then walked around by myself. The next thing I knew, 2 hrs had passed. There is so much to experience. Also, it's totally free, but there's a jar inside for donations, so I would suggest bringing a little cash to drop in the box.

Love Peteetneet, it is a historic landmark in the Payson community! Lots of community events, the little museum, and rooms / spaces available for rent for events! Beautiful buildings and grounds, amazing outdoor stage. This building is wonderfully haunted as well, which I find very fun every time I visit! 🙌🏼

I'm so old that this was my elementary school...82 years old. Happy memories there. After recess a student would get to take the hand held bell and walk around ringing it for kids to go back to class. First, second and third grade.

Went here for an annual Veterans’ Day swing dance put on by FLA, I’ve always loved this dance and I’m glad that Peteetneet has been willing to host a 20-piece-band and tons of highschoolers for a dance. Cool exterior too.

I have been there twice on ghost hunts, the building is very haunted. We got lots of SLS evidence as well as optical anomolies and relevant words from the Ovilus.
But it is a terrific museum and community center, many historical exhibits and artifacts. Friendly, very helpful staff. Highly recommended, day or night. 😉

Great hills to sled on in the winter. My kids love this big slide at this playground. Anyone who loves history ought to take a tour of this museum. The side building has dance, gymnastics and other events.

It was an interesting museum to check out. It apparently showcases the history of the Peteetneet school and how it came to be after the earthquake occurred. They originally were gonna tear it apart but since then it has become a historical museum that many people can come and visit. So I definitely recommend checking out this museum if you can or have time.
