I was trying to get information on price of membership, cost of trainer, etc but no one answers the phone. You can’t even leave a message. l’ve called several times. Sorry for the one star.

Awesome staff, no frills gym with tons of equipment, loved that it was actually cold in there for a good work out! Also plenty of cleaning supplies provided. Let us come in from out of town (we visit Castleton often) which was cool.

Don't expect some place that smells nice, but they have all the gear you're going to need. Owner is just wonderful to work with, we will be back next year thanks.

A powerlifter's dream gym! They also have classes, steam room and an experienced in-house masseuse to put you back together after you tear yourself down.
