This was my first visit and when I first walked in I was already impressed. The jeans were lined up on the wall, easily accessible & easy to find the size. All clothes were individually priced & were organized by color and size. This I had never seen before & I love it. Everything in the store was nice & neat. All the misc items were categorized on top of the clothing racks (could potentially be hard for someone in a wheelchair to see) but I did like it better than shelves being crammed with junk. You can really tell staff & management work together. I highly recommend stopping in.

I've been going to goodwill locations all across the country, for probably 15 years. Even though I have seen the quality of items drop and prices rise over the years, I have remained a loyal customer. Well, I think I am done after today. I went to this location, just to browse for some items, maybe find something special like you could easily in the old days. Among the items I was purchasing were two VHS cassettes. One was in the original packaging, and since I collect VHS tapes I was excited to have found it. One of the tapes was marked at fifty cents, while the other sealed one was marked $2.99, but it was the tag from the original store it came from, not Goodwill's tag. Either way, I thought, I would still pay $2.99 for it, it was a cool find.

When I got to the register, the clerk informed me since it did not have a goodwill sticker and was not in the "system" I couldn't purchase it. I enquired about it just being rung up as general merchandise, which she told me was not possible. I figured she was mistaken so I asked for a manager. Surely the manager can manually input an item, things like this are bound to happen from time to time, I assumed.

Well, I again was informed that there was no way to manually input the item into the POS, and that the only solution was for me to wait 10-15 minutes for the item to be "reprocessed", then get rang up and pay for it after that. Again, I asked if there was a way I could pay for it, maybe through the donation at the end? I even offered to pay $2.99 for the item which was 6x the sticker price of every other VHS in the building, again I was told no.

At that point, I just gave up, I do not have twenty minutes of my life to wait for a fifty cent VHS tape. Why does everything have to be so complicated? Are people stealing from the goodwill at such a rate that we must have this staunch policy in place? I would also like to point out that even in the event that merchandise is "stolen", isn't it donated in the first place and therefore free? If the manager cannot manually override a price at the register, what is the manager there for? To babysit?

The two women who helped me were very polite and I understand they are just doing their jobs, obviously it is not their decision or fault. Maybe you could give the managers a little more freedom to make decisions on the floor, after all, isn't that why you have them?

Prices are a bit high but I think most of all they should discuss with employees what not to loudly discuss in store. Men sounding sexist and racist still bothers some people in our society despite everything. I use to enjoy going to find deals here but as of last month I no longer shop here.

Sometimes I can find cool stuff. Lately though I've noticed whoever prices is crazy with the amount they ask for some items. Also they don't care if item is broken or missing parts so just double check before you buy

I rarely shop here. Prices are way too high. I can buy new itemi cannot see up there very well. Amd books are crazy on price. s for the price they have on used items. I hate the way the store is set up. They organized things by color and not size. I have trouble walking. So if i want to look at pants i may have yo walk all over the whole store. I also dont like the misc items on the rack about clothes.

Great selection of clothes! You can find some nice items. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, whomever does pricing on home goods has decided to mark up items like an antique store. Very disappointing. I shop here less frequently.
