I had a hard time finding good driving instructors in the upper valley who provide adult driving lessons. But then, I found Kara. I am very fortunate that I got the opportunity to learn from her. As an international student who hadn't driven before, Kara's individualized training lessons taught me how to drive safely within a few classes.

Her patience, support and attention to detail clearly reflect her years of experience as a teacher. To any student looking to become a safe and certified driver I highly recommend Drive Safe academy.

I cannot recommend Kara’s Driving Safe Academy enough! It was clear Kara was a consummate professional dedicated to the success and safety of her students. Her teaching style is both patient and encouraging, creating an ideal learning environment for new and nervous drivers alike. In addition to her excellent teaching methods she is incredibly supportive and provides constructive feedback.

Great program! Kara is a very engaging and effective teacher, and the Drive Safe Academy program she has developed is well organized and allows flexibility when possible. I received timely and regular communication from Kara which made fitting driver's ed into our busy schedules easier and more manageable.

As a regular driver, I had been teaching a mature woman to drive from scratch, but thought she should have a proper instructor before she took the test. I sat in the back. Kara was excellent, kind, and great with her student. Observing from the back of the vehicle I learned a few things I should have know before! She also made time to conduct the test a short while later, and thankfully my student passed! Totally satisfied.

My daughter just completed this course and I highly recommend. Kara at Drive Safe Academy put my daughter at ease during driving time, takes the instruction seriously, and excelled at communication with parents and students. Communication about requirements, expectations, and the reminders (to students and parents) prior to drive time and classes were most helpful.

Kara is a fantastic teacher and gave our daughter the instruction and practice she needed to pass her driving test. And Kara did the driving test as well, which was so convenient! She's the best!
