This August will be a year ago that I entered the Klean Treatment Center. I was messed up. I needed help. The staff is there to help but you have to want to help yourself. My experience there was challenging. I am so appreciative of the staff. It's not a resort but the staff will get you in the right direction to recovery. The food is excellent. Beds are comfortable. The beds are cleaned regularly. Classed are excellent but the most inspiring class was our Native American class. The instructor was so knowledgeable of his past and way of life and nature. I appreciate nature more because of that class. A big thank you to the staff, cooks and everyone there.

As a client, This is the best treatment center I've put myself in. It's very educational and there have been a few small hiccups but the benefits of what they taught me and how much I've learned about the tools needed to be successful in my recovery far outweigh the small problems I've encountered. The staff here is amazing! They took care of anything I needed or wanted and put me at the top of their list and would always take care of anything that I asked to get help with. The food is amazing and the kitchen staff are extremely nice, too. They keep you busy all throughout the day and every day here is spent learning something useful.

I was impressed with the care of the staff & how each client was treated as an individual. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. The food was Fantastic & kitchen staff very flexible. I learned much during my 30 days of treatment & use the knowledge daily to guide me in my one day at a time sober way of living. I am very pleased & all my family say it was money well soent.

I stayed for 32 days. The facility was understaffed, but the staff that were there were exceptional and extremely committed, although they complained about the working conditions on a daily basis.. There were scheduled programs and external outings cancelled due to a lack of staffing (outdoor outings are important in recovery). Programs were often cancelled, evening graveyard teams consisted of only two people, and considering the security risks blended with clients taking opportunities due to the lack of security led to client sexual encounters, mental health clients wondering around the halls (who were not adequately scanned) and a lack proper security and medical resource led to huge security challenges. There was one administrative tech and one medical tech. The doctor was only in residence for a week and all other medical staff were newly trained techs. The head nurse (Debra) mis-iordered my medication and I had to chase here for a revised invoice. A number of staff left while I was there...nurses, admin staff and other policy staff. The food was heavily fried, and there were not healthy options offered The Kitchen staff were wonderful and tried to accommodate my health requirements, not great for alcoholic trying to work out everyday. The menu was heavily focused for a drug attic, not a alcoholic. Although I am glad I made the decision t enter into rehab, I would not choose Klean EVER, and I paid cash!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to other treatment centers before and this one was the most welcoming. Every staff member, intake, res tech, tech manager, and marketing helped me out every step of the way. They were all extremely supportive and catered to my needs. Staff knows how to speak to each person individually. I had a few problems with my FMLA paperwork but it all turned out ok in the long run.

I personally had no issues, but there was tons of drama there and it was very stressful on me personally. I was only there a week and 3 days and left and flew back home to cali. There is a really good male psychiatrist there who actually I met with a few days before I left, I can not recall his name but with his insight he really helped me figure out the things causing me to self medicate. I ended up getting clean on my own and have been clean now for 11 months almost a year!

Klean Treatment Center changed my life!!! Not only was I cared for tremendously by all of the amazing staff, but I also met,interacted,and learned a lot of sobriety skills with like minded individuals. I am so happy that I chose to come here and would definitely recommend this place to those that are willing to make a change. Everyone truly cares here and Klean led me to such a better life. 🙂

If I could post no stars I would. What a joke! I was there 3 weeks and seen my counselor 2 times. I had to beg for homework and and that's not the worst of it. These people act like they care but really it's just an insurance scam. I tried to leave fully if sound mind and they held my belongings hostage. I'm 600 miles from home and they wanted me to walk the streets for 72 hours with no ID, phone, wallet or medication, and then come back and get my stuff just to exit the place. I don't even know why they call it klean the whole time I was sedated on gabapentin and valium. I really wanted this to work out and I feel like I was taken advantage of for my insurance money.Infact I feel very heartbroken, abused and only wish the best for these people god will judge them for their actions upon the weak and sick.i can't wait to inform my insurance company.
