Agnes and Gigi are the absolute best! I took the CNA class almost 2 years ago (needed the education for nursing school) and decided to get my actual CNA license. Gigi worked with me on an individual basis for a refresher and provided me with any needed materials to help me be successful! They do not treat you like you're a number they actually care about you and your success! I 100000% recommend this school to everyone! You will not be disappointed!! I passed my written 92% and skills 100% the first try!

The class was very thorough and had a smooth but very informative process. My instructor, Agnes, was incredibly knowledgeable but also very fun and light-hearted. The class had a great, positive, and encouraging environment because of Agnes and I would highly recommend everyone to take this course with her.

My experience taking the CNA class was outstanding! Miss Effie and Gigi truly prepared me! I was able to learn all the concepts and skills required to successfully A’s the class and have the adequate knowledge for clinical week. I would 100% recommend YOND Institute.

I did this school however I was lied to as I did the advance program I did explain my job placement to Agnes in which she was a very kind lady however she told me not to worry I still qualified for the class I made my payment and they are refusing to give me a refund although they told me I qualified for the class they waited a week prior to graduation to tell me that I needed to do the regular class in which did not fit my schedule at all if I knew this I wouldn’t have done the class and it hey also lied to me about my job as my job stated they never disclosed no such thing to them although ms. Gigi was a very great instructor I felt as if I was due a refund due to there own cover up

And I just wanna say Thank you to the whole Team at Yond Instuite. I will never forget you. My time there was a blessing. So many memories so many laughs and so much love was felt when I needed that push to get through. Ms Agnes , Ms Gigi & Ms Effie are very smart, caring and so fun to be around . Instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive. They thoroughly prep you for the test and the skills portion. The climate of the class was fun and made learning easy. Thanks to Ms. Gigi and Ms. Effie for being so passionate in what they do and encouraging us to engage more with each other. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to get their CNA certification. Thank you Yond! I will never forget this experience.
