I couldn’t be happier with La Petite - Gem Heights! The care & attention my son has received here have been truly amazing. From the moment we enrolled him, the staff has gone above & beyond to make us feel welcome & supported. They create such a nurturing environment, & it’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s well-being & development.

The activities are engaging & thoughtfully planned, helping my son learn & grow in so many ways. My son has learned so much, it’s been amazing to see his development. The communication with parents is also outstanding. I always feel informed about his progress & daily experiences. It’s comforting to know he’s in a safe, loving, & stimulating environment where he is thriving.

The teachers & administrative staff are also fantastic - always responsive, friendly & organized. It’s easy to communicate with them & make sure everything runs smoothly. I feel confident knowing my son is in such good hands.

I highly recommend La Petite to any parent looking for exceptional childcare. It has truly been a wonderful experience for our family!

My son has been attending this center for roughly two years with my oldest son attending a couple years before that before going into kindergarten.

With both of my boys, we have had nothing but amazing experiences with this center. The staff and teachers are kind and truly care about the well-being of the children. Between both of my sons, they have been in almost every classroom in the center and we’ve had the same experience - kindness, respect, and fun education provided by every teacher.

In the mornings when we walk in the center, we are greeted with the biggest ‘good morning’ followed by my son’s name, from anyone in the office. The director and assistant director are always available to help provide assistance, feedback, or just a listening ear if I ever have a question or concern regarding my son’s education or development.

As a parent my biggest goal is ensuring my kids are loved, safe, happy, and healthy, with a good foundation for their future. This center has been all of that and some. My son learned how to spell his name at just two years old! That is solely because of the dedicated teachers that are here.

I have personally recommended this center to many family and friends and will continue to recommend to anyone I can. The teachers and staff have become a part of our family and we are forever grateful!

My kids have been attending La Petite at this location for more than 5 years and the staff is always attentive and caring! They have a core group that is extremely devoted and passionate about the kids and that culture is immediately passed on to new providers as they join the team.

The center is clean, safe, and well-equipped with stimulating toys and learning materials. Their communication is excellent with regular messages and updates throughout the day. You can check in on the cameras in your child’s class in real-time using their app. We have never had major injuries or safety concerns.

It really is a learning center as they focus on age-appropriate learning at every level. When my oldest graduated out to public school she was well ahead of her peers, both academically, socially, and emotionally!

I’ve recommended them without reservation to many friends. We continue to commute an additional 90 minutes per day to attend here even after moving!

This center is amazing. My daughter has attended from 3 months of age to now 13 months old and her care has been exceptional. All of her teachers have been caring, compassionate, and engaging. The entire staff takes great care of my daughter and it can be seen in how much she loves going to school and loves seeing her teachers.
The communication from teachers and administrators has been excellent as well, not only has the entire staff been very personable and open in their communication but also the SproutAbout phone app is a great tool. The app enables messaging with staff and provides updates about my daughter’s day, as well as giving access to live cameras in her classroom.
I absolutely love this center and so does my daughter. I would highly recommend bringing your kiddos here.

My son loves going here, everybody is so nice and takes excellent care of the kids. It took my son about 3 weeks to get used, but after that he was so happy to go to daycare every day. I’m very happy I found this place after touring some other facilities in Puyallup, I think we made the best choice. We only waited about a month on the waiting list to get enrolled. Thank you to Mrs Jessica Camacho, Mrs Jennifer and Mrs Alexis -who take such a good care of my son!

We recently started taking our daughter to daycare at 3 months. She is our first and I was quite hesitant with returning to work and having to do daycare. I was on the fence about daycare as my job places me in many daycares and I see both the good and bad. Miss Shannon really did amazing from the start making both me and my daughter feel comfortable and at ease with the transition. Miss Giliian also is amazing! I know between the two of them, along with the other staff I have meet, my daughter is in great hands. She is happy both when I drop her off and pick her up! That’s all one can ask for and I highly recommend!

Ms. Lou Ann is absolutely amazing! She has taught both of my boys in the Pre K room. She’s kind, compassionate, friendly, organized, a good listener, and creative. She loves the kids she teaches and it shows! She made sure my son that has food allergies was included if a project/learning involved food. She let me know what the class is doing in advance so I could provide a substitution if needed. For her birthday she brought in cupcakes that were safe for him so he could have the same as everyone else. It meant the world to me. Both of my kids were excited to tell me about what they were learning in her class. She has the biggest heart and your child will be in excellent hands with Ms. Lou Ann.

Outstanding child care center with an impressive staff! Attending students are privy to elementary school prep, learn social skills and manners, have the opportunity to go on field trips, and enjoy parties and lots of fun holiday events! But, it's the extra effort put forth by the staff that makes this place so special. They connect with each student and their families on, what I believe to be, an above and beyond level. My daughter has been attending for 3 years now and I have no complaints - I am a single father of two and the sole provider for my family. Time is a luxury I simply don't have. The staff there understand my situation and have all helped me in one way or another. And although all the teachers there do more than what I feel is required, I'd be remissed if I didn't give special mention to Miss Courtney Jack. Her actions and relationship with my daughter are above reproach. She's held my daughter when she was sad, calmed her through fits, laughed with her when she was happy, appropriately disciplined her when she was out of line, and has even done and re-done her hair when I have failed! Needless to say, Courtney has developed a special bond with my daughter. and it has yielded an impact on her life that cannot be replaced. I will forever be grateful!

I cannot stress enough how much this center and its teachers should be lauded!!
