Lies lies lies. Got told under 70 it wouldn't be cut off, got a phone call told them I would pay in 3 days!! 3 days!! Never been an issue before and got my service cut off. Why because I now have to fill out a paper when that never happened before. I wish there were other sewage providers instead of being stuck with one because a septic tank is a no go for my location.

Crab Orchard PSD should be investigated. They make most of their money from reconnection fees, adding a minimum fee of $25 and sometimes not disclosing notices my water has been cut off not two months late.
