Sylvan of Pasadena has been a very valuable source of academic support for our 5 year old son during this challenging time of distance learning.

He’s gone up a full grade level in his school reading assessments in a few months and I can see how he’s grown in confidence.

Kari has been very helpful and easy to work with and the instructors like Christina, Michael, and Elizabeth are good at what they do and have a nice rapport with kids. It’s the best investment I’ve made in a long time.

Sylvan Learning of Pasadena is LIFE CHANGING and worth every penny!
Our daughter has been enrolled at Sylvan for almost a year and the results have been tremendous. When she began she was below grade level and within the first three months she showed huge improvement, even her teachers at school noticed the strides she was making.

We are so thankful for the time and effort Ms Anna, Mr Shallum and all of the tutors have invested into our daughter because we truly believe that without their dedicated weekly support she may not have reached her grade-level goals. She also loves the program so much that she is disappointed when it’s not her day to go to Sylvan, which I think speaks volumes that an elementary child is so excited about a tutoring program. Because of her enthusiasm, the life changing and fast results, and the focused care from all of the instructors, we plan to keep her in the program long term.

I’m confident that all of the Sylvan Learning Centers that are available in different cities are just as amazing, because Sylvan’s approach to academics is unmatched. I will say that when our daughter was first enrolled at Sylvan Learning of Pasadena we lived really close to the location. We recently moved and there is now another location that is much closer to our new home. However, there’s something special about the people at the Pasadena location, especially Ms Anna and Mr Shallum, and they make it worth driving out to Pasadena. I don’t think that the relationships and trust that have been built with the Pasadena instructors is easy to find. They do also have Zoom sessions available, which adds to the flexibility of the program.

There’s no better investment than your children, so if you’re on the fence for any reason, just take the chance with Sylvan Learning of Pasadena and I guarantee you you won’t be disappointed.

They removed my review but basically I was given an assessment for my daughter and told to return Thursday and when I appeared the building was closed and they wouldn’t answer my phone calls. They purposely gave me an appointment date where they knew they would be closed and had me waiting for an hour outside. Disrespectful and unprofessional I hope your staff is better trained or replaced.
