When thinking about the MCC, there are a few words that dominate my thoughts. Integrity. Quality. Standards. Medicine. I am actually thrilled to write about this facility and the services provided.
First thing about this place that had my support was their immediate zero tolerance towards shortcuts/profits. You must have the proper identification and valid medical recommendation to request any of the services here. There is no rush to accept your money and no greed over weed. The quality of your experience and education on the medicine is a noticed priority.
Liz McDuffie is the remarkable pioneer and purveyor to this Cannabis experience. She goes to bat for the patient. There is a secure and safe feeling for patients wanting to access the medicine. There are various consumption products for all different people. Even if its not for consuming purposes and you have a slight pain or ache. There are some very effective options as well.
As a longtime medical patient, I have to say I have not come across such a welcoming,knowledgeable,patient priority based place like the MCC. Each option you inquire can be met with knowledgeable information. For instance if your choice is cannabis flower, you can know everything from the growing methods to even where it was grown. And who grew it. I’ve honestly found some of my favorite medical cannabis strains from years ago available at the MCC. Your relationship doesnt just stop with the medicine. Theres a community to welcome your questions and continue your progress. Im very grateful for Liz and the staff. The producers and growers involved really go above and beyond to give you clean products that you can tell were done for a better quality of life and not just a cost effective creation. I hope you get a chance to enjoy the services from the good people at the MCC. And I look forward to continue visiting this gem of Pasadena. Much love and happiness to you.

I took a class a few weeks ago and learned a lot about regulations. I felt that was a good place to start if I want to become a medical cannabis practitioner. Liz was very knowledgeable and passionate about her life’s work. My only complaint is that it has been hard to communicate with her to start the next phase of training, but have doubt she will be a good teacher when we do start meeting.

Liz and her staff have been incredibly generous in sharing their knowledge and work with me and have helped me to deal with a father who has vascular dementia. Dealing with dementia side effects paranoia, anger and sometimes violence can be daunting, but with Liz's prescription we were able to take away those side effects and deal with a happier father, and a happy nurse who found him easier to work with after the prescription and dosage she prescribed. I'm thankful everyday for Liz's work with medical cannabis and its medicinal benefits.

One second she was offering me hope and I asked her for a pen to write my number down and she acted very offended, threw me out and told me not to come back. That was after copying my ID and telling me she would look for work for me for the weekend. I told her I hadn't meant to offend her by asking for a pen but she said "Don't start with me." She seems insane.

This was MY experience. I found MCC online. I read a lot of information. I was even more interested. I wanted to register for the cultivating class, but was unable to complete the payment portion of the sign up. They prompt you for your cc information, but it is unclear to me, if they will accept debit payment to reserve a seet in class, for Sunday, April 23rd, 2017. The processing of the debit transaction I attempted, never completed. I had several questions concering the class/school and payment information. I called more than once. I even left more than 1 message. I called yesterday morning, and again this morning. I still have not had a return call or response. I honestly wouldn't even consider giving this website a "1 Star" rating, simply for the complete lack of customer service. After all, the class is $130. The ONLY reason I even rated it, was to give this terribly low scoring review.

Great staff and excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable about everything in stock and will help you find the medicine that works best for you. I love coming to this place. There is usually no waiting. You are in and out. Keep up the good work.
