They constantly take my sister off her meds and said she “wasnt being responsible with the meds” when her car got totaled and was under investigation so she wasnt able to get her medication out of it! Belinda told her that shes taking her off of them (she has bpd) and said if she has any suicidal thoughts to just go to the ER! You CAN NOT just take someone off of a medication like that! They have very severe withdrawals and she has been throwing up all day everyday since!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

At a time of my life when I thought I was not going to survive. Malaria, Mark, and Balinda were always there for me, especially during the pandemic. I was always treated great!, and always felt better after seeing these people. But even tho they could not prescribe the meds I needed, the compassion in their hearts has really helped me get through the little ordeal and I made it through in one piece. Those three deserve Gold Medals and I just wanted to share my experiences during my visit at this facility. You get not only 5-stars but 2-thumbs up!

Been diagnosed manic depressive and trying to get medicine to help me, I've been going here for four months once a month and the psychiatrist i'm supposed to meet with is never here, don't waste your time going here unless it's the only place you can go. They are just going to schedule you an appointment a month out and call you 2 days before the appointment to reschedule it another month out. If you are in urgent need of assistance you're better off going without rather than going here

They constantly change your appointments the day of. And just recently they waited until they were closed to call and inform me of an appointment on Monday (today is Friday) and that the name of the rehab center has changed to "awakening" they couldn't answer my question concerning insurance and told me to contact the mental health center to inform me. They didn't even call until after the mental Health center was already closed, and the appointment is so early there is no way to get an answer before the time of my appointment.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I drove all the way to the appointment for them to "be out of the office" and reschedule me a third time.

Yet another example of what is wrong with the Mental Health system. If you have financial problems places like this are your only option. Much like everything else the government has its talons sunk into, this place is seriously subpar in the treatment of mental conditions.
