Goodness...I must say, this place has really improved over the years with customer service. However, they need to understand that the people they serve, NEED HELP! We didn't choose for them to work there, they applied for the job and the agreed to be able handle a certain group of people. Its not the people fault that you all are understaffed. Better yet, they have four windows for service and half the time nobody is sitting in their chairs to service you. If you ask me they should consider some upgrades in the building and install camera's because the government needs to know whats actually going on in the work place.

I received a letter saying that my six month renewal was not received. I mailed it in the day after I received it . now I'm told by the letter it never came. and I have ten days to send something I know longer have because I have sent it already. I'm very sickly I have seizures high blood pressure and lupus can't work because I'm a liability to any company that would work me. I have kids I need to feed and can't even talk to anyone until Monday. my anxiety is so bad thinking about my baby's not having food. I'm a single mom and can't drive due to my seizures . so coming in is out of the question is it possible to have my review resent? Please help and god bless

I give 5🌟 bc if it wasnt for food stamps I wouldnt have been able to feed my children after my husband passed away. I felt blessed for the help. I also noticed they now have a medal detector and stricter security which I feel is good due to this area. The parking lot I wouldn't give even 1 star bc its horrible! Youd think the city would use some funds to AT LEAST fill in the many holes that could tear someones car up or pop a tire. If we are needing this assistance I'm sure we'd be unable to afford a new tire/ect.! I dont understand why nothing has been done about this. I know there's alot of controversial issues surrounding funds in this area but you can't convince me there isn't enough to fix a parking lot!

This was ok as they did help me a little bit but the one main thing to watch out for here is they mismanage paperwork horribly. They have lost paper work over there and made it difficult because they want it again. They help me get my benefits before Thanksgiving but took my half of my benefits because of there mistake.
