I am very satisfied with the services at SEABHS Benson! The staff was kind, patient, and provided everything we needed in a timely manner. We utilized SEABHS Benson services for one of our patients and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner John Ekman was excellent! he is very approachable, friendly, and professional at what he does! He makes patients feel welcome, comfortable and not judged. I highly recommend SEABHS Benson!

My girlfriend sought help here, she had 2.5 months of sobriety and then relapsed. They kicked her out without any guidance or attempting to help her to get back on track. Unprofessional, heartless, & poorly managed, if you need help this is not the place to go.

It's been very helpful I feel like I've been improving with my struggles mentally and the groups helped me a lot with myself the staff are very respectful and helpful and kind I appreciate their help and support and I would recommend this for anyone that wants the help

Well as far as behavioral health outpatient clinics go I would have to say they're working under difficult circumstances but they do a great job especially considering what they've been given. Annette was the site manager when I was there and I think she probably still is and she really cares about people she's very personable and she goes out of her way to try and get things done and work things out.

Behavioral Health in general is a very difficult industry one funded by the government and I think they do the very best with what they have been underfunded with. Thank you Annette and truly you did a great job

How can you have people with only 6 months to a year of sobriety work at a behavioral health clinic?
Facilitating meetings with mentally ill or struggling patients snd and I feel like that seriously needs to be addessed!

This office never once communicated with the family to determine what this mans problems were. They took his broken and disjointed assumptions on what was happening without regard to reality. This is quite sad. They determined that it is ok for an obviously mentally ill person to have a set change without discussing the ramifications or consequences of this decision with this obviously delusional person..

Disorganized outfit. Staff always seem rushed and as if they have too much of a workload. There is also a lot of staff turnover. No stability for a mental health service. Staff is not always there for scheduled appointments.
