The worst behavioral health facility ever!! They don’t follow treatment plans and just provide service when ever they feel like it. They say they are gonna have kids for an hour and only have them 40 minutes. Pretty sure a lot of insurance fraud goes on there because I requested to see and still never got a copy of billed hours for my kids. They lost one of my kids on a hiking excursion and never even called me to let me know. He was 4 and it was winter and he had no jacket. They also ignore their patients and caregivers. I’m still waiting on a call back from them even though I was told there was no services today for staff training and then I watched them pick up other kids. Last week they said my children ran out of hours and later when I said I suspected insurance fraud suddenly they “were looking at the wrong months” and found 120 more hours. Yet today services for other kids go on. I asked What he learned for skills and it turned out he played with a ball and didn’t learn an evidence based program/skill like he should of.
