24 hours is perfect , new
Machines, showers are good and no drama gotta love it.. staff is real tea
O cool also , I moved from the west coast and I’ll take this gym over a gym with pool sauna and track around the areas

I enjoy the gym and the patrons, but I do believe it’s a bit expensive compared to other gyms. $35/ month. It would also be INCREDIBLY nice if they worked with the gyms nearby (like the one in Roanoke or Lineville).

I enjoy going there.... Being going there 12 years now.... It has become one of my go to hobbies.... Although I feel good when I walk into the fitness center, I feel great when I leave .... working out puts me on another level..
