I strongly advise against enrolling your children in this daycare based on my family’s distressing experience. Over time, we observed repeated incidents of dishonesty and a lack of accountability among the staff. Once I reported these issues to the state’s compliance officer, they lied about the situation, further eroding any trust.

The facility has repeatedly ignored parental requests. Not only do they refuse to honor documented dietary restrictions, but they also pick and choose when to apply these rules—if you work there and are considered a friend, you can apparently get away with whatever you want. In addition, the facility serves inappropriate snacks, such as Pringles and gummy bears, to young barely even 1 yr children.

The treatment we received at the front desk was unprofessional and hostile, leaving us feeling disrespected and unsupported. Most concerning, however, is the leadership style exhibited by the owner. Her management approach is overly authoritarian, prioritizing financial gain and control over the welfare of the children. It is equally alarming that the staff under her mirror this behavior, frequently lying and displaying a dismissive attitude toward concerned parents—behaviors that seem to be actively encouraged by her.

If those who choose to work with children are unwilling to change and instead double down on unprofessional behavior, it is in everyone’s best interest for them to step aside. Rather than forcing parents and new families to endure these ongoing issues, the owner should consider selling the facility and retiring, especially if there is no intention of addressing the concerns or offering a sincere apology and change in behavior.

I share this review to warn other parents that the issues here are not isolated. Childcare providers must operate with transparency, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to child safety and development—standards that, in my experience, are not met by this facility.

My child had bathroom accidents all the time we change school and never again. When I ask the teacher to make sure he is going she said I can't. The assistant has a terrible attitude with parents I don't want to know how she treat children behind close doors. They have no way for you to see what they are doing inside the class room and the front desk calls the class room to inform you are there before you can make it to the class room .
My child was limping after the first day of school they never had an explanation why. They said we will check the cameras never had an answer.
The food is trash. I went to observe at lunch time they had 🍏 green in water that were brown already. And half of sandwich 🥪 with with ham.
I think for the nature of working with little children 3-4 Year you need to be in a good physical condition to run after them if they are in danger or bend to their level and just have the energy and the mood for little children and I did not see that in the teacher nor the helper.
I spend in the list of materials the annual fee and 2 weeks that my child didn't even finish.
One child was sick 😷 coughing in my child face and the personal didn't do nothing. They really don't care for the well being of kids. They made me sing asking for government food and my child had his lunch every day. So there is no reason to fill that form but owner said it's mandatory.
If you are lyfor the well yof your children don't send them there and saver your 💰💰💰💰

My kids 9yr & 4yr have been attending this daycare/preschool for the past 2 years and I can only speak good things about this place. When I have had any questions or concerns the team is very good of approaching anything going on. Ms TJ is awesome and my son does not want anyone else but her.

My oldest son started attending this daycare when he was 2 1/2 years old when his brother was born…he’s 7 now! I enrolled my youngest at 2 as well. TreeHouse has been accommodating with consistent reliable childcare. The owner is very personable and transparent; she really shows she cares for the children and finds ways to help parents in any way she can. I used to work retail management with crazy hours, and they were always so flexible and understanding. My sons and I have loved this daycare and their team of teachers- and we still do!

My daughter has been going there less than a year and has had almost 20 incidents of being bitten or injured while in the care of the facility. When I asked what could be done to prevent her being injured I was told “kids bite” and to remove her from the facility if I didn’t want her to get bitten. I was also told that bloody scratches, bite marks, bruises, and other marks don’t substantiate “injuries”. Basically if the child doesn’t require emergency medical attention, there is no injury. I’ve been told be a staff member “at least she defended herself” after she was bitten. I recently asked for a list of the incidents where she was injured and received an inaccurate list that didn’t include at least 5 of the times I’ve picked her up with marks she sustained there. When I called them out on it I was banned from the facility. Please keep your kids safe and find someone else to care for them!
