FHSD LACKS INTEGRITY; EXERCISES RACISM & MAFIA-LIKE INTIMIDATION: Started SY 23-24 in unfit classroom with dead and live critters on floor surrounded by old, broken furniture since room being used as storage since 2019. Dusty walls w/hundreds of staples on; Floors: no mop or finish; Nine ceiling lights out; No A/C, No audiovisual, no textbooks, no HS microscopes, no First Aid Kits, No teacher's desk & chair - Still on week #3 of instruction: Shame! Teacher would need about $3000 of own money to set up classroom.

HS students do NOT know any elements in the Periodic Table – chemistry not taught in 8th gr as per ADE Standards. Molecule of water & table salt - studs didn't know!

Students expected to receive a watered-down curriculum and get an “honors” grade: astonishing!

On 8/16/2023 requested students purchased new version of District’s 2006 edition – after printing class sets for three weeks. CONSEQUENCE: I was placed on “administrative leave,” because some parents and students allegedly complained (no written docs, of course!). Supposedly, students “saw” me putting “a pill” in my mouth in class and allegedly I “acted up” afterwards – Wow!

Half of HS teachers: new hires; each class averaging 30 students

I’ve not experienced this even at poorest schools in the Phoenix area: total dismay!

Over staffed and no follow through. They have no idea on how to run a successful district. They concentrate on what gets them raises. They have no interest in giving students the best education. They allow teachers to mistreat students and only do something when the community notices. They don't do background checks... Just look at basketball coaches.
