I contacted Karen for HypnoBirthinng classes when I was in my third trimester. IShe was more than willing to work with me to catch me up with the lessons and provided extra support to help me get ready. We enjoyed and looked forward to each class. I ended up going into labor early and she was there the entire 2 days to help me get my birthing vision. My husband and I turned to her for advice. She was very knowledgeable and provided great support.

Although we didn't get to attend all the lessons, she got us ready for the big day and I got to have my dream birth - unmedicated natural hypnobirthing experience.

After attending a 6 week hypnobirthing course with someone other than Sacramento Hypnobirthing I felt as if I was missing the connection between the material and implementation. So I decided to reach out to Karen who was amazing!!! Her consultation call was so enlightening and empowering - I swear I learned more in those 30 minutes than I did with the other 6 week course. Karen is golden seal certified and all of her curriculum is evidenced based and updated accordingly. She has such a calm easy going spirit, I connected with her right away. She shared a variety of resource materials and exercises to work through so that I could bridge the gap I was feeling previously. She even scheduled me a one on one (virtual) follow up session to review any items that I needed additional clarity. Karen was patient, and highly informative taking care to not only answer my questions but make sure I understood her responses but was also able to apply them/know when and how to use during birthing process. I am so glad I reached out to her!! She has been amazingly supportive and helped me to reestablish my confidence and empowerment in choosing to have a hypnobirth. I'm so glad I'm in the class. It's doing so much more for me than I thought, especially through COVID and beyond. I wasn't sure if I would get the same feeling from taking an online class which is live but it has been very close to the real class setting. It also has been nice in these times to be able to stay home for class and not travel while still getting a live class experience where you can ask questions.
