The people here seem nice. That's about the only positive thing I can say about this place sadly.

Coming in and out is... interesting. You drive through a cramped residential area, and the entrance is on a cul de sac (pictured above). If you're lucky, there won't be many cars on the street or trucks waiting to get in or out of the distribution center. If you're unlucky, people can block you from coming in/out and your docking situation gets pretty insane. For example, a company driver dropped their trailer right in front of the entrance when I first got there. Thankfully it moved before I had to dock, but the fact that they did it in the first place was both odd and potentially frustrating.

There's no place to park nearby, and the only amenity they had was a portable restroom. I'd plan on being here half the day at least and making whatever arrangements you need for food and other necessities accordingly.

Five hours to unload isn't terrible, but not great either. Lumper fees are pretty high; $500+ for this trip. Again, not the worst, but far from the norm.

Hopefully things improve before I return.

My appointment was7am & got door 10am and now 11:30 doors are open refer running on -10 still they not started unloading!
Don’t came here guys average unloading time was 5,7 hours

Place was great, they start receiving at 05:00 it’s a first come first serve basis. The earlier you are the better because it can get tricky if you need door 13. Very limited space. Enjoy

Watched company employee throw garbage out of the truck into the parking lot they delivered too. Classy company. Is it any wonder people don't have sympathy for out of work Truckers? Am/pm on Van Buren and Felspar CME Transport.
