The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been attending consistently for a little over a year. I love having a personal trainer and the equipment is well maintained. The recovery room is amazing. And I’m an older adult woman who never would have thought UFC Gym is for older people, but it is 😁 This is the best gym experience I have ever had.

The best gym I’ve been to. I love the atmosphere and the overall vibe. They have so much equipment that it’s rare I go in and don’t get any machine I need (even when there’s a lot of people). I use the VIP when I want to be isolated, which is nice sometimes. They have a kids room where the little ones can have a good time while you work out. And the overall amenities are awesome! My fave is the recovery room! Infrared for your skin, sauna, human touch chairs (my absolute fave!!), water therapy, oxygen and cryogenic therapy, among others. There’s the bar area to get your snacks, food, and shakes. The restrooms are built with saunas, as well. So far I’m very pleased here and won’t go anywhere else.

My Son loves the DUT and boxing classes. The Coaches are very personable and helpful with the kids. It is a great family environment. My trainer -Garrett- is super knowledgeable, motivational, supportive and has made an awesome personalized workout plan for me.

I’ve had an amazing experience training at UFC. The facility is top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need whether you’re a beginner. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and really push you to be your best. What I love most is the sense of community here. Everyone is focused, respectful, and motivating. I've been going here for 15 years. We love everything about it. They have great equipment and tons of resources. The kids club is amazing and genuinely care about the children's well being. Miss Brittany and Cassie do it all with a smile!! There are also wonderful classes for all age groups. I love that I can get a work out in while my boys do a class. Coach Ian and Coach Kat are amazing with he kids, offering a balance of compassion and discipline. Honestly all the coaches are wonderful for adults and children. Join this gym family!
