Been with Synergy for about 2.5 years and Debbie has been amazing she helped in many unfortunate situations and was able to assist in all of them. We needed some additional help caring for my stepmom who has dementia.

Although we had moved her into a Memory Care facility, the care team there recommended a “one on one” aide until my stepmom got adjusted to her new surroundings and living arrangement.

The folks at Synergy were absolutely outstanding! First, they listened to our needs, second they set up a care interview to assess my stepmom’s needs, and third they really delivered by providing some outstanding aides to help my stepmom.

This was not an easy assignment since was stepmom can be difficult to work with but, the folks at Synergy provided an abundance of kindness and along with their outstanding care.

Gradually, as my stepmom adjusted to her new surroundings, we were able to reduce the number of care hours needed.

All together we worked with the folks from Synergy for about 12 weeks… This whole process would have been much more difficult without their help.

In addition, all the staff we worked with from caregivers, to office staff, to administrators were extremely kind and very pleasant to work with.

Our mother is almost 100 years old and is a resident of Citrus Place Independent Living. Reena, my mom’s morning caregiver, takes a video of my mom dressed and showered, always smiling looking great and sends it to us. We are so lucky to have Reena and the others - Bisima, Alia, Theresa, Maria, Gina, and so many more all taking such good care of our mother. They are very patient and always find time to attend to the residents’ needs and communicate well with the family even though they are very busy.
