Love Allegiance! The trainers are all very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The facility is kept in excellent condition and cleaned regularly. Big gyms give me anxiety with how large they are, the "people watching" and feeling awkward - not here! It's a great size and has all the equipment you need. Everyone is there to focus on their goals & have helped out a newbie like me whenever I'm needing some pointers
