Visited Laveen after 3 years & it was so great to be introduced to this facility/class. Great environment, I was a little nervous, because it’s literally just a big room-but the coaches were so amazing & welcoming. I love the way the class is set up-very organized. For those who dread the gym, F45 not only removes the fear and hesitation, it makes working out fun. I don’t have to think about what machines or equipment I will use. The routines vary and are laid out for you, the music keeps you pumped, trainers are on standby to help and before you know it- you have completed a 45 minute meaningful workout.

F45 Laveen is a great place to work out and achieve your strength and weight loss goals. The staff is very welcoming every time you enter the building. They are very dialed into everyones strengths and limitations. My wife and I have been coming here for two years and love it. The members are great and everyone greets and high fives each other before and after every workout. If you are looking for a great work out with great members and an awesome Knowledgeable staff this is the place.

I joined in January for the current challenge. I had been wanting to join for a long time because I need the scheduled workouts, group classes, and support to stay motivated. I have only lost a few pounds, but I can already tell my clothes fit better and I have lost over 4 inches on my thighs alone. I have signed up for another membership to start as soon as the challenge ends next week. I am really happy I finally joined and have been loving the workouts, community, and trainers.

I always felt that joining F45 would be too intimidating for someone like me who is not well versed in training or weight lifting of any kind but I was very pleasantly surprised. The coaches and the community as a whole are extremely welcoming and helpful. Coaches Gabby and Genesis love to give you a good challenge but they also respect your limits and allow you to grow at a rate that is feasible for you. I love that they take the time to help me correct my form and are always very encouraging. If you are a beginner and tend to feel intimidated by gyms like these , don’t be! Give it a try and I promise you will not regret it.

Best place I’ve ever gone too. The coaches play a HUGE part. There is no easy day but coming here makes it easy. Every day is a gain and the atmosphere is super friendly. It feels like family in here. I love seeing my shirt soaked in sweat once I’m done training. There is a variety of work outs F45 offers for all body types. Must come and see for yourself because this place is fantastic!
