Deanna did a wonderful job in providing all her knowledge in this experience for our family of 6! Her teaching was informative and engaging! My children, ages 9-14 had many questions and she got on the floor with us and helped us with hands-on and made it fun for our family. We were so comfortable and felt confident in learning in our home and I loved the personalization she gave us. She made it an effort to know my children's names and explained scenarios with us that were helpful. I am a Girl Scout Leader and my leaders and I have gone through trainings with Deanna and our troop has in the past as well! I highly recommend Staying Alive and will use Deanna in the future!

The class was very informative. Deanna teaches in a very down to earth way. You are allowed to have questions and she is not irritated by it. Her real life situation and whit makes the class flow very easily. I believe she is able to teach people with all different learning styles….you have your visuals, hands on, and she articulates the material very well. I highly recommend

This class is so beneficial in so many ways! Deanna explains the material in a way that is straight to the point and she offers coaching during the training exercises. It is entertaining, informative, and nothing like a boring class where you're stuck reading the whole time. I leave feeling confident and knowledgeable in what I learned!

Deanna is a passionate, knowledgeable and fun teacher!
I took her certification course for CPR AED and Adult First aid.
I brushed up on some skills and learned so many new ones. She has many great real-world-relatable scenarios and years of real experiences to share. The learning was comprehensive, understandable and memorable. Her rates are very fair for the instruction, course material and supplies offered.
I feel more confident and empowered to face a situation if arises.
I'm looking forward to taking other classes and certification courses she offers in the future.
