Great class to take for a short term. Website was very unclear on what was needed for the class to prep for class. Classroom very unorganized and not 100% stocked on all supplies needed to learn.
Teacher Jessica very knowledgeable. Needs to be calmer when instructing students working on other students. The tone is a little elevated. Other than that great class.

She’s an amazing teacher who really cares about her students education. She’s always has a positive attitude and really great sense of humour. I definitely would recommend this school for anyone for wants to work in the medical field.

Great experience! The teacher was very knowledgable and fun. I only got my first aid certification and it was great! I learned a lot. I would have loved a little more hands on practice for the first aid portion, but other than that, perfect. Dawn was amazing!

Very good class with an awesome instructor, I will definitely be renewing with them from now on. The class was informative and entertaining from start to finish, the test at the end was not bad at all and incorporated everything she taught during the lesson

Thought the instructor did a really nice job of presenting the material in an interesting way. He was passionate about the topics without being annoying. I enjoyed him and the class which is high praise considering what I was expecting of a mandatory class like this.

Overall taking CPR/First Aid with Arizona Academy of Emergency Services was a great experience. As someone who has taken these classes many times over the years I was kept engaged and learned quite a few things that I hadn't previously been taught in similar courses. The instructor was very engaging and made the whole experience very enjoyable.
