I had both of my kids in this daycare for a little over a year. During that time my kids were in the infant classroom, the toddler classroom and the preK classroom (the 1st 3 stages anyway, might have the names wrong) so they passed through all of the staff and teachers there. Every single teacher, worker, staff member there was AMAZING. My kids thrived in this daycare. They singlehandedly potty trained my 3 year old boy which helped me SO much. They always had fun arts and crafts sent home to me along with pictures and videos on the app of the activities they did. I had my youngest in at 4 months old and I was always checking the livestream feature in the app and I felt so much better being able to see her. I would say my youngest developed a lot faster being in this daycare with other kids her age and the activities miss Katie and the other teachers did with her. Also, I don't know how they did it but my kids napped at the same time every day even while in different classes. They setup routines my kids still follow to this day and having young kids nap at the same time seriously helps at home with chores.

I got to know all the staff members and they helped me with so much with my kids and even just me personally. If there were ever any issues I always got incident reports that day or the next day (it was always just biting which is bound to happen in daycare but I think there were only 3 instances the entire time I was there and just with the babies) The teachers here genuinely care about families and I would highly recommend this daycare and this staff group to anyone looking for daycare services. I was sad to move away and to this day still miss this center.

If you're hesitant to put your kids in daycare like I was, this center is amazing and you won't regret it.

The staff members genuinely care about the kids. Everyone always greets me and wishes me a good day, as well as greets my child by name when we come in. They keep the building and classrooms clean too, everytime I come in I see someone cleaning the halls or trash being taken out. As any parent, I was nervous bringing my kid to a daycare, but the camera access and updates bring me peace of mind. I get to see the fun activities they do and know they are learning! Love tutor time snd the staff here. Thank you!

Don't change infant every hour like other daycare do this daycare changes infant every 2 or 3 hours and my baby stayed with a rash. My other kid who is 18 months caught hands foot mouth at that daycare and the toddler A&B teacher yelled it out in front of all the other staff and another parent in the front of the office where you check in kids that my daughter had bumps on her mouth and private area and I asked the staff what happened when she came in today she was fine and she have never had any bumps anywhere on her and that she goes to her Dr. Appointments regularly. The teacher was like I don't know but when I took my daughter to the Dr. She said it come from saliva get on her from another kid that had hands foot mouth was very contagious my kid had been exposed by another kid . Ive talk to amber multiple times and ask if she could please have her staff change my other daughter the 3 month old every hour but still have staff change my 3 month old every 2 or 3 hours and she acted like she understood where I was coming from but nothing changed staff still changed her every 2 to 3 hours . My baby was the youngest baby in the infant room... I took my 3 month baby to the Dr. Because these staff try and say it look like she had a freaking yeast infection when I took her she had a simple diaper rash I would literally have to clear up her rash over the weekend because they kept changing her every 3 hours . I didn't understand why I was getting charged for a class that included diapers in her class and I had to provide diapers as well when they only changed her 3 times out of 8 or 9 hours.
It was another toddler A&B teacher in the back yelling to the top of her lungs at 18 month old baby when walked up to the door to dropped my baby off like she was pissed at a kid for crying. Also , another bad time was when the Director was in my 3yr. Old child classroom when I wasn't able to watch the videocamer the whole time she was in the room with the 3yr. Old toddlers I asked her before I left why wasn't I able to view my kid she kept giving me attitude and giving me short answers like I don't know why so I called sprout about is the app where you have problems with viewing your child on video camera . Sprout about told me because the teacher didn't check him in yet. Which was Amber the same teacher for the day / director that kept telling me she didn't know why I couldn't view my kid. But ,the list of nonsense goes on and on . I had 3 babies under 3 yrs of age and I was not comfortable at all leaving them with these people. Glad my kids don't go here anymore . .. please if y'all bring y'all kids here watch the staff because they portray to be nice but don't do a good job at it their true color shows especially Amber and Nikki and the older Hispanic toddler A&B teacher very sneaky . I don't recommend this daycare at all

I've been trying to get access to their app to monitor my childs day, but the staff is less than helpful and don't seem to know much about setting up an account for their app. I've contacted their tech support, and my emails have been ignored or unanswered. I guess it works for some people but not for others. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I'll speak to them again tomorrow and will update my reviews with additional information.

With everything going on in this world today I love knowing that my children are safe. You have to put in a code before entering the building. Every room has another exit in case there’s an emergency. You have access to your kid all throughout the day. The communication is great. The kids are so sweet I never have any issues with bullying. I’m so upset with some of the reviews because Ik how amazing this daycare is! My 4 month old is in the infant room, with amazing teachers taking care of multiple babies at once. They all get their one on one time, read books, strolls outside at their gated park to Birdwatch! And my 4 year old who’s been coming since he was 2…I’ve never seen someone so excited to get up for school. They incorporate fun into learning and he loves it. He’s ready for kindergarten next year thanks to them. Everyday he comes home with something new he learned. Overall I’m impressed! You can’t please everyone so please don’t take some of these other reviews to hard, there’s an army of moms and dads who will tell you how awesome this center is.

UPDATE! TODAY 8/25/23 I WAS GIVIN MY FIRST AND ONLY WARNING IN THE MORNING. LATER TODAY AT 3:50PM AMBER CALLED AND SAID IT'S THEIR LAST DAY. SO THEY ABUSE KIDS, TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND KICK YOU OUT IF YOU SAY ANYTHING.

Liked for a while, but my youngest kept getting punched for 3 days in a row. I told the mom who works there that I was tired of her son punching my daughter. And I got a "final warning" from the director (Amber) when I never received a first one, and was told I "Abused" the mom. I am simply a mom that was upset about watching her 3 year old get punched unprovoked. How else are parents supposed to react when nothing is done about the children who are inflicting pain on others? But apparently you are NOT allowed to talk to other parents if their child does something to yours. ? And also wanna move the child that is being hurt, instead of moving the problem child. Today felt like an attack on my right to speak up for my child. If my kids don't tell me what happens there. Tutor time won't tell me. I hope for better

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Nikki and her team. You came through in the clutch to help our son out with after-school care. You did great and we have nothing but great things to say about you and your team. We appreciate all the flexibility and kindness you showed us and our son.

BULLYING AND LACK OF CARE
My child attended for about 2 years before he was supposed to go to kindergarten. It was okay the first year but once children started coming to school after the height of COVID, it went all down hill from there.
We had problems of another child kicking my kid and leaving bruises all over his legs. We spoke to Nicole about it and she informed me they sent a note to the parents about hitting but they never came to me about my child being hurt. Nicole assured us it would not happen again and they are being monitored closely (far from the truth). A few weeks later my son came to me saying two student pushed him down while outside and were stepping on him. When I asked if he told the teacher he said he couldn’t because they were stepping on his face and he couldn’t get up.
You can only imaging how devastating this was to hear. I immediately sent out a message to the school about this issue but never received a response for a whole week! Not only that but every time we tried to meet with the director, Christi, there “just happened” to not be there. Everyday for a week they avoided us during drop off and pick up and wouldn’t respond to our messages. (Specifically about the incident that happened, Christi would send out messages about other things just fine) We finally just spoke to the girl at reception about it (Destiny I believe) and she, like Nicole, provided nothing but excuses. We were even told by staff that Christi doesn’t deal with these issues well and she tends to brush them off and ignore them.
Luckily I have a kid who feels comfortable with his parents to tell us what is happening-otherwise they would have never told us.
There was one more incident before we pulled him out (while we were making arrangements) where he got sick and threw up. I received a voicemail from Christi letting me know what happened but the tone in her voice was so rude and made it seem like my child throwing up was such an inconvenience to her and I need to come get him. There was no sympathy and she didn’t bother to tell me how he was doing. All she cared about was that she made a mess. I was later told by my son that another child was throwing up and that’s where he got it from, we were never informed of that as well. When I asked why they think he threw up they “had no clue”.
All that being said the curriculum they are supposedly teaching isn’t being executed as much as they make it seem. Now that we are doing at home schooling for the summer we have realized they didn’t go over all the kindergarten prep they said they were going over. If you want your child to be learning a lot and to be safe then don’t take them here.

Go up
