Would give them 0 stars if I could - Berlitz forgot to inform me that the B1 German exam, which I booked 3 months prior, had been cancelled. Found out by calling them 3 days before the exam because I hadn’t received any information about the exam. I had taken a week of study leave for the exam which I now will only be able to write in March next year. I also gave them a chance to respond on email to what happened and what went wrong and received no response.

Rather just go elsewhere and save yourself the stress and anxiety from dealing with them.

I did my B2 Deutsch Berufs Sprachkurse, and I am totally content with the school and the teachers. I would totally recommend this school to anyone who is looking for Online School. The teachers were great. I would gove 10/10 to Renata Renia(Renk) and to Thea Abramishvili ?. They did their best to our group. Always gave us good and helpful matherials and checked our writing tasks quickly, with clear feedbacks. Thanx a lot for everything you did for us. Always greatful, Tika?

Berlitz was my first choice for integration course, I didn't check with any other institute. I had my appointment today around 11:20 arranged by Ms. Santos, arranges 3 weeks back. However when I arrived the reception lady was rude in her response on the procedures for integration. She took my original letter and was not comfortable telling me the procedure. As it was original I had to ask her thrice why she took the originals she then says if you don't want pls go to another institute. When I said I was new to Germany and didn't knew much about the procedures, so please explain, then she explained. After few minutes I wanted to check an email. But there were no proper mobile network and found there was a wifi by Berlitz Guest, then I went and asked her, she was rude in her response saying "don't come to me for next 5 minutes I am busy" and made a very rude face. Then I went to another colleague of her and asked him but he didn't knew the password that's okay. My only thing is she is the first face of the institute for those are coming for the first time to Germany and to first time to an integration Kurs. She should be pleasant in her approach. Hope Berlitz will correct this way of approach. It was so offending. Also I was also told my appointment is at 11:20 but until 12:00 no one attended me. So because of the unwelcoming reception and delay I had to return without taking test. Hope Berlitz doesn't allow this to happen next time.

I attended an integration course at this school in Frankfurt. The school is very well organised and the staff always ready to help everyone who recently arrived to Germany. I attended the course with Frau Renk and she really is one of the best language teachers I ever had. In each lesson she tries to offer something new, she gives different inputs and ideas on how to study and this is really important as a student. I highly recommend it!

Berlitz is the best school to learn languages. Berlitz Team is very friendly and supportive, they help every question you may have. I have attended in Berlitz an Integration Course for German and having Mrs. Renata Renk as my teacher is the best thing happened to me. She is an amazing teacher, she makes learning German easy and fun. With having her as my teacher, I have lernt not only good German language skills, but also everyday knowledge about how to live in Germany. She is very experienced, she is handling each student individually and supporting at each level of German language. She creates a very good teaching environment that fluency in language follows naturally. She understands and supports her student's individual language learning needs professionally. She is always smiling and teaching with a positive energy. Having classes with Mrs. Renk is a privilege.

The first level it's good with good teacher but after that it change all.. I've done the second also but after that I've changed school... I am still in contact with people who have done the second level and they too were dissatisfied..
And it's expensive if you compare to others schools... This time expensive does not mean quality..

Very well organised staff, friendly and quick service. The ONLY PROBLEM is that some Deutsche Lehrer(-inen) are not teachers of profesion. I have had the chance to take class with some of them and, although there are a few exceptions, it is noticeable that some of them have no training whatsoever. Speaking the language and not having class structure, didactic class and good knowledge of the grammatical rules is very disappointing. I hope they can improve in that part. If there is a shortage of German teachers, guys, come on! you can afford at least a training for the German speakers or German experts you hired as teachers, and teach them how to teach!
This seems to be a generalized problem in Frankfurt (maybe Deutschland), some schools that take the teachers training a bit more seriously is VHS, Zentrum, Aviba

Today wednesday 28 at 11:30 one if the ladies at the frontdesk was so rude, even with her own college. Instead of explaining, they scold you as if you were a little child who doesn’t know anything. Plus the ladies in the morning shift tell you some info but the ones in the afternoon shift tell you a different one. I was only taking a test.
If you want to be respected definetly go somewhere else.
