Susan Jeter is the best! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She truly is an advocate for kids and families that may not know how to go about helping their child. My daughter enjoyed working with her and she gave us in-depth information that has helped her tremendously. She was below grade level in reading and with Susan’s recommendations she is now on grade level. Knowledge is power and I am so thankful that we know how to help our daughter and it has empowered her to do her best at school.

Susan Jeter is an excellent examiner. She has tested my daughter twice, once when she was in fourth grade and again in ninth grade. Susan is very thorough in her testing. She uses multiple tests to confirm a condition. She uses tests that are recognized by both College Board and ACT. This is helpful if your child needs a re-evaluation prior to applying for accommodations with these testing companies. She also uses tests for her diagnostics that are recognized by colleges and universities, in case your child needs testing prior to going to college. She provides an excellent service for the cost. She is excellent at recognizing dyslexia is students. I strongly recommend Susan if you suspect your child might have a learning issue.

I have worked with Susan Jeter for years, and she is the best examiner I’ve ever worked with! As a speech language pathologist, I’ve read dozens of her reports, and they are remarkably thorough and accurate. She almost has a sixth sense for this work. She leaves no stone unturned, and she really KNOWS what makes child tick after testing. One of my favorite things about Susan is her ability to explain her sometimes complex findings in a way that the parents and teachers can actually understand. Always lots of practical recommendations about how best to help the child. And she is really there for the whole family, not just the child. Highly recommend!

The most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. Canceled on us as we were driving to the testing center. Took off work so both kids could be tested. She was not sorry about the inconvenience for our family and did NOT try to work with us to rearrange another time that would work out. Since time was taken off from my work the times she wanted to reschedule were impossible for one parent to do if that parent as other children she has to pick up from other locations. She claimed to have the stomach bug which apparently didn’t make its presence until 8:00am the morning of. However, she somehow knew she would feel good enough to test second child the following day. Then she refused service to us because we felt put out regarding her cancellation. Would NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time on an individual who demands flexibility and respect from you but doesn’t give it back in return. Do not waste your time and money on this person.
