I have a 4 year old with behavioral issues (uncontrollable tantrums) and she was dismissed from another child care. I felt hopeless until I found Kids Academy in Bryant. Mrs. Lisa and Mrs. Brittany are the absolute best. They are beyond patient and have an open communication to figure out what’s best for my daughter. I’m so grateful for them. I highly recommend this center!

I am not understanding all the issues and concerns here being said about this facility! The audacity of some of you guys. If your kid is in fact lactose intolerant, why send them to a childcare facility with chocolate covered donuts etc and all that other junk that has “all of the things” a lactose intolerant person should not be consuming! Two you guys as parents need to ALSO take responsibility for HELPING potty train YOUR children at home as well it doesn’t just START or END with daycare/childcare! Three if you aren’t use to noise and whiny babies that are spoiled rotten then DO NOT take your children to ANY childcare facilities because i guarantee there will be A FEW OR MORE that will be crying especially when parents sit up and hold them all day at home, or let them simply have their way, of course they are going to cry and holler after being put down or even told “No”, use common sense people! My children have been coming here for about 2 years now and they all do their best to make sure these kids eat, get to play and get enrichment activities, naps etc so all the KARENS DISMISS YOURSELVES! Find somewhere else to spread your negativity. Lisa and Stacey the director and assistant director there, are amazing and they try to accommodate EVERYONE!! and i mean Everyone! So please anyone looking to bring your children here do not rely on these negative comments to base your thoughts go see for yourself and actually ASK necessary questions and set expectations from there. HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!?

Let me start by saying Brittany Ragan is an AMAZING teacher for my 5 year old always on top of it letting me know every detail but sadly everyone else there will neglect your child my 3 year old is lactose intolerant and they would ignore that and my last straw was when they left him in a diaper ALL day to where it peeled his skin away on his inner thighs and private area he was bleeding and couldnt walk(note hes potty training and should go every 30-1hour) ! He was roaming the halls ALONE in this state looking for help! Lisa the director told me it was the quality of pull ups i would buy ! Which is WRONG weve used these for even for my first son and never had this type of affect They absolutely do NOT care about your children! DO NOT take your children here ! We have reported them for the safety of our children and others ! We have videos and photos for evidence ! Also how they “potty train “ is put underwear on and a pull up over it and forget about it ! For anyone who ever has a “NIA” as a teacher run!!! She was one of the worst she would give ugly looks at the parents and yell at kids …always on her phone and “never” knew where the kids were or what they did today !! This place went to absolute CRAP!!! Stacey and Lisa are the directors here and let me say ….no matter the complaints there is NO change … apparently Lacey and Nia quit after me reporting them ..hm seems guilty to me ! Please parents this place needs to be shut down !

Under the management of Amanda White, this place was doing pretty good. After she left that place went so far downhill. The support from management was non existent, the portions of food were barely enough for each child to get a little bit of. Teachers paid out of pocket for snacks. Covid regulations were not followed during covid pandemic. Not all but several teachers just do not care, they refuse to continue potty training, communication lacks between parents and teachers.

My son loves it here. He loves that he can play no matter the weather. He loves his teachers. Anytime I had an issue, question, or concern the staff always worked to get to the bottom of it or figured out what needs to be done. My child has awful anxiety and the staff worked well to get him comfortable with the change. The leadership has kept me informed with my child and if my child gets hurt the staff always knows what happened rather me getting the run around and never getting an answer like other facilities.

the employees are really nice and the director is really nice and they make sure you know what’s going on with your kids. however i personally would never send my child here. this place is filled with filth. roaches, bugs, lice, etc. and it has sort of a rotten smell. the place is nasty. i hear screaming as soon as i walk down the hallway. teachers sitting on their phones while the kids are playing.

I toured this place for my 8 month old a couple days ago. Not even 1 star. The girl in charge of what would be my child’s room looked high out of her mind and in her own world. I could see that in her face and I wasn’t even in the same room. I could see her through the glass. The bed sheets were dirty and it had a bad smell.
