Whoever they hired to cut their bushes cut down bushes in my yard on my side of the fence. The person who did it even came and rang my ring door bell I imagine to get my permission to cut them but I wasn’t home, so instead of waiting to get my permission he cut them down anyways

My kids look forward to going there every week! The teachers always communicate with me and keep me in the loop with every detail of my children’s activities. Not to mention that they are clean, respectful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare!

Best day care hands down! My kids have been going here about 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say about it. They are constantly doing improvements, they have a new app that you can see what your kids are doing, and the staff and teachers are just so happy. I’ve never encountered an unhappy staff member.

My daughter went to Sylvan Hills ELC for a short 5 months starting at 8 months old before we had to move. They were truly a joy- my daughter LOVED daycare and it helped her grow and learn so much from the other babies and kids and from her teacher Miss Leah and every other staff there. She always had a good day and their app told us every diaper change/bottle/meal/nap she had. They would even send us pictures. I cried so much leaving SHUMC ELC and would recommend them to anyone

Due to my old daycare closing in 2016, I had to find new after school care. SHLC has been great! All of the teacher's truly care for my daughter and she doesn't dread going to after school care. Going to miss them when my daughter moves onto middle school.

I moved my son from his previous daycare to this center and it was the worst thing I have ever done. My sons potty training has totally relapsed. He went from being nearly potty trained to not at all. There was always an excuse from the director and teachers. They are completely unprofessional. I picked up my son on the last day I could stand it and his stuff was all packed up as if they were ready for him to leave (keep in mind my son behaves like a normal three year old at times but he has a very sweet and laid back temperament. He is a very sweet and not hyper child) when I picked him up all the other kids had their paper in front of them with crayons and what not but he had nothing. He told me they made him sad and made him cry. I asked him what happened and he said it was his fault. I asked him what he did and he said "its my fault I can't learn"....... WHAT?!

So with his potty training issues they wrote on one of his papers to take home "We need pull ups for naptime. He is having accidents daily at np time an it is staining the carpet." yes.... you read that right..... STAINING THE CARPET. WHY WAS THAT NECESSARY "we need pull ups" would have sufficed. The money you save is not worth the headache or the mistreating of your children. Trust me.

The owners r great professional and they care about teaching the kids . We won't take our children anywhere else. We love all the teachers and the place is clean . They r better beginnings .they feed our kids good food not junk. Thanks
