Visited here for lunch and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and fast. The menu had a good variety and we gave the burgers a try. They were filling but not sure if they were worth the price in terms of taste but would definitely recommend the waffle fries. The milkshake on the other hand was amazing as it was thick and creamy. Outdoor seating also available if interested.

Lovely relaxing diner. Amazing old-school decor. A warm welcome on entry by lovely staff. Came a few weeks ago and had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Had to come back to check it wasn't a fluke. I'm very happy to say it was not. I will definitely be returning. My compliments to the chef.

Very helpful and friendly service by Sarah. My food was served quick, nice and hot with the usual great standard I've found at other Ed's diners. Clean and spacious seating area, highly recommend.

The burger is very small and so does the side portion, the chicken wings are extremely dry, the dipping sauce is also terrible. There is only one piece of brownie on the milkshake. The floor is slippery and greasy, and the toilet is dirty. Considering all the disadvantages, it’s extremely expensive. I will recommended to walk a few steps to eat at the Five Guys next door.

Not value to eat..chicken wing too small...
The main meal same as kids meal why i need paid main meal prices?
staff are not friendly, poor serivce and food quality.

A great spin on burger and chips. American diner theme, serving great tasting burgers and fries. Staff are very friendly and the chocolate milkshake was fantastic.

9 of us dropped in here for lunch during our shopping trip to Cheshire Oaks and despite giving a very customised order to a new staff member, the staff were spot on and got everything correct. It all arrived at the same time and was hot, fresh and tasted amazing.

The old days of Ed’s are gone. I visited this place few good years ago and it was amazing. The best place in the UK. Now it’s just another fancy McDonalds. £35 for a poor, small, boring burger with slaw, double fries, apple juice and Vanilla Shake. Free shake refills? Nope. Bottomless Coke? Nada. Friendly table service? Only to inform me that I need an app to order and 20 minutes waiting for some not well trained student who basically did nothing exceptional. And they tricked me into 10% tip by default in the app. Low. I will never go again. I loved the old Ed’s, American style. British one was boring and ripped me off. When in Cheshire Oaks outlet, I’ll just go to McD, they at least won’t pretend to be something they’re not.
