The town of elm city’s water is so bad we have to go and buy jugs of water all we use the towns water is to shower and wash stuff
We are buying 11 jugs plus a week
Of water also the bill is outrageously high!

The town of elm City water department is a disgrace to the town of elm City they will not answer the phone even when you're trying to make a payment they are inefficient and ineffective changes need to be made immediately hopefully with the new administration these changes will occur get on the ball people
