Very decent place to hit the links.

Some greens were slower than others due to poor maintenance, and most tee boxes were uneven and poorly kept. Nonetheless still a fun course to play for the small fee of $35.

The highlight of the course was the indian rock cave which is located on th8 18th hole. So much history to experience. I will be returning again.

Highly enjoyable.. Mix of mini ponds with small waterfall in play and easily "locatable" sand traps ?
Not the utmost challenging, if you feel confident in your skill, but very exciting nonetheless. A "perfect at sunset" (4:30 in late November) Hole 17, par-3 over a big ravine which I saw 10 turkey on. A large cave accessible by golf cart on hole 9. Plenty of nature. Only 1 hole with a spotty green.. but renovations & other add-ons happening frequently, including recently a new range. Really fond of this place ?

So fun and challenging! The staff is always cheerful and very helpful! We saw a rabbit, turtle and deer while playing this morning and usually see wildlife often on this beautiful wooded course.

Very easy access trail. Starts right off the parking lot. This is not a handicapped accessible trail. Although you could access the big cave by way of golf cart.

We took the trail. Shady, lots of steps and cool mini caves. Leads you straight down to the big cave. My daughter scared some birds roosting in there and they came shooting out and scared her back. Feels a lot bigger than it looks in pics. Pictographs were kinda cool. There is water running in the back. There are little nooks to explore and my little one could safely run around in the cave.

My hubby wanted to continue on the trail beyond the cave. Unfortunately the presence of poison ivy on and near the path made him choose not to. It just wasn't worth the risk.
So that was disappointing. Wish the trail had been better kept.

Staff super friendly. Tees were fine and parts of fairways. Design/green conditions awful. Never played on worse greens. Had holes in greens like craters so the ball would roll or bounce any direction when chipping or putting.

The staff is friendly. The course is not in very good condition. I have played Indian Hills several times over the years. It was always well maintained. When we played this weekend, the tee boxes were in terrible condition. The tee-boxes did not have any grass and the footing was uneven. I hope that they are in a maintenance mode. Some of the greens were also in bad shape. The course layout is fun and challenging. They just need to turn it around.
