Abuse of power that needs reform. My 80 year old parents were harassed by this agency led by Mrs. Stephany Elk... She continually called and made accusations that they were miss managing funds from their 100 year old parents. She changed the locks on there house, froze bank accounts, removed POA and were unable to visit them in nursing home. My parents were devastated. Stephany has horrible communication skills!! All she did was threaten my parents causing high blood pressure issues and arguments. They are suppose to be helping the aging and instead they just abuse their given power. All they could find was $3.50 charge to dairy queen for my grandma who loves her ice cream... Then disturbingly enough both my grandparents passed away with in 3 months of being put in elder care headed up by Mrs. Stephany Elk... This agency should be defunded to prevent this from happening to anyone else....

Unfortunately, these people do nothing to help. I submitted a report in October of 2016 for my aunt with dementia, and they have done absolutely nothing to help her. And, when I called to ask about the progress of my report, was told that I had no right to know. I am trying to get help for my aunt, who has a husband that is stealing her pension and mentally and verbally abusing her. This agency is a joke. They have done absolutely nothing to help!
