I recently put in an application to enroll my daughter, and Ms.Shonda was the most helpful and guided me through a smooth process. After she was enrolled she started her first day and absolutely loved it. Everyone always greets you with a warm welcome in the morning and in the afternoon when you come for pick up. My daughter absolutely loves and adore her classmates and teachers. I enjoy this daycare because I have reassurance throughout the day with the cameras access and I know that I couldn’t have chose a better daycare . I would describe this daycare as the best. The hard work and dedication that they put into this daycare shows daily. I cannot wait to see what the next year brings for my daughter!

I can't express enough how wonderful this daycare has been for my child! From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. They create such a warm, nurturing environment where my child feels safe and happy every day (never any crying at drop off 😆).

The activities are engaging and educational, and I love how they communicate with me regularly about my child's progress and daily experiences.

My daughter has attended both their private (at 3) and state funded prek (at 4) and in both classes she received an exceptional education and a great experience. I love that this center teaches beyond the standard and makes sure your child is ready for kindergarten. The teachers are seasoned and knowledgeable; kind yet stern. It’s the perfect balance. I also just love the atmosphere. It’s very clean, and every morning we are greeted by name with a smile.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids 'R' Kids Cascade! In just two months, we've seen remarkable growth in our baby’s independence, from improved nap routines to increased crawling and more independent play. The meet-and-greet with our child's teachers was a thoughtful touch that made us feel comfortable with the environment and the wonderful people caring for our son. Ms. Betty, his teacher, went above and beyond during the transition, providing nurturing care that helped him settle in and develop a fondness for her.

We also appreciate the clean and well-maintained facility, the small baby-to-adult ratio (typically 4-6 babies to 1-2 adults), and the updates provided via the Procare app. The proactive communication, including weekly updates, meal menus, and family events, is highly valuable. While we pack our baby's meals, the center provides food, wipes, and handles daily essentials like breastmilk/formula and diapers. They also notify us when supplies are low and update feeding plans monthly. Overall, Kids 'R' Kids Cascade excels in organization and communication. Despite minor registration hiccups, which may be due to the off-site registration staff, the center's excellence and the positive leadership of Ms. D make it a wonderful choice for our son.

My son has been ar Kids R Kids Cascade since he was 3 months and he is now 3 years old. We've had maybe 2 or 3 issues but they were all handled professionally by the staff. My son has had numerous of major surgical procedures since the age 3 months and each time he's returned the staff/teachers has made accommodations to make sure my child was comfortable while in their care. I've witnessed my child grow and learn at Kids R Kids and I have loved every moment. We have loved his teachers from suite 100 all the way to 400 where he currently is (Ms. Lyn and Ms. Sophie is awesome.) Anytime I need clarity on anything pertaining to my son I reach out via phone or email and have always gotten an answer. Kids R Kids Cascade Rocks!

My 4 year old is a Pre-K student here. You can tell that the staff is very experienced. They’re engaging, and they don’t mind answering any questions that I have. My son’s teacher is great! The teachers are very hands-on and try to allow the kids to be more independent, the true meaning of Kindergarten readiness. They also have homework for every day of the week, and I’m updated on his daily activities via app, including what he eats and if he finished his meals. I know how my son is, so I’m not the parent who blames the teacher or staff for his behavior. It takes skills to deal with kids. My child is very shy, and this was a new school for him, so he didn’t talk much or participate at all. I love how they didn’t leave him out or overlook him. Instead, they worked with me to find a solution to get him more engaged. He’s doing much better. By the way, this is his third daycare, so the blame is on me for moving him around so much. This is his last stop, but I wish they had a Kindergarten classes.

My daughter has been at Kids R Kids for about 6 months and we love it! Communication is really important when your child is small and unable to advocate for themselves. Between the cameras in the classroom, the weekly newsletters, and photos from the teachers, I feel like I always know what’s going on. I highly recommend Kids R Kids Cascade.

EDIT: I have absolutely fallen in love with this academy! From the small details to the big. I am glad I stuck it out with them. The entire staff from the owner, director, teachers and even kitchen staff is AMAZING! I am soo happy that I did not allow one bad experience to ruin our time at this school. My daughter loves this place and I couldn’t see myself placing her anywhere else.
