I’ve come here over the years for random screens and for DOT physicals. They’re always prompt, professional and courteous. In fact, Dr. Gary is awesome and I make the effort to come here for my annual DOT, rather than my home state.

After reading the 1 star review, I’ll just say that it appears there are some new folks here since that review.

Be careful. This place will switch up the tests, get your birthday wrong on the forms. They will void yoir signatures on the tubes and not seal packages. The heavy set darksin lady smelled like weed that day and tried to spray herself to not smell like she was dirty. So the drug addicted there are testing the people that are testing for drugs. Highly compromised.
