Great company for guided climbing. Our guide Demetri was super professional, knowledgeable, fun, and helpful. Knew a great spot to take our group. He set up climbs that were fun for more experienced people in the group and still approachable for our new climbers. Just a really wonderful day out, totally worth the price, highly recommend IAG. ASI is a godsend for those looking to venture safely into the backcountry.

I've gone on 5 backcountry tours and taken the AIARE Companion Rescue course with ASI in the past two years, and it has been the best introduction to backcountry skiing possible! Every guide has been knowledgeable, fun, and generous with their time and wisdom.

I come out of each trip with another few pages full of notes to review and a new goal in mind for backcountry touring and mountaineering.

Behind the scenes, Mimi Vadasz runs a streamlined operation and is a pleasure to communicate with. She keeps attendees informed as weather and conditions change and is a mountaineering legend in her own right!
