I am highly blessed and eternally greatful to have connected with Miss Cynthia . I was in a rough spot upon connecting with her ; she is the most kindest and warmest human I have came across in a few years . She listened to me and assisted me in the most empathetic manner . They copied all documents for the purpose to take funds from gov, but provided no service!!!

We are highly disappointed in this organization. We asked for help and legal assistance in regards to the race discrimination and gender appropriation with a school, Our son is born male, not female, Just one of the accusations, the school has impressed upon us! The school students beating our son and bullied by his teacher.The School administrator having a profile of our kid as if he is a criminal two months in attending the school. His first teacher, considering his parents As a concern for security at a parent conference. The first grade teacher has a son working as a teachers aid with a felony count out of Texas working in the classroom at the school.

Very unprofessional front desk representative, and all other managers to. I agree with many reviews: rude, lying, don’t take notes and records, mess in documentation and communication. We been told to come in person, waited more then three weeks for a call. First day when we came, they actually send us back, didn’t register names and info, just the phone number, and after they called and told us to come- the next day, denied us again. The front desk staff were very argumentative , told that no one have called us and we are not allowed to show up to the office without the call. Agree- they are waisting someone’s time and I don’t know who is paying them money for such horrible work!

Unprofessional, rude and not in compliance with the law.Person was rejected to learn English with no proper explanation, no brochures or prints out what needed.And receptionist lady,please read all bad reviews below to learn and make some changes in your communication skills.Maybe it's not your place to be? You should help people not hate them.

I would never trust them with my taxes ever again. It's for free but I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere and pay a little more for a better tax return
