I can see why this place has 1 star. They never answer, and their receptionist is rude and always has an attitude. My provider hasn’t received payment and it’s already been 3 weeks since the timesheet was dropped off IN PERSON. The only one who ever gives me a call back and responds promptly to emails is Maria Ramirez. But Maria Uribe does not answer her calls!

Turned in application and package by the due dat for my daughter to get accepted told me they will call me in 2 days for the orientation it’s been 2 weeks haven’t received a call . They never answer the phone when I try to get ahold of them , I ve left several voice mails and still have not heard anything back. Worst service here

Do these people even help any kids get into daycare.. never get a response back they cant give u updates. They just say we will contact you. People dont even help you out all. Worst place ever.

Before I went in I called a couple of times and they never answer so I decided to go in I should of known as them never answering the phone as I walked in they just gave me a dirty look and didn't even explain the program they just handed me an application and that was it they just said to take it back they have really bad service they should change their attitude and at least act if they're happy in helping
