3 months… almost 4 I’ve been waiting. Call after call after call still haven’t received a single call!!! I have lost everything, I’m a single mother to a newborn and I need help so I can get back on my feet and go to work, but this state is the slowest ever. I need housing (still sleeping on couches) I need a babysitter to go to work, but I need to work to pay for a babysitter. I go in and all they say is I have to talk to my case worker. They refused to assign me a new one. My daughter state medical was cut off. I have her heart appointments and they are refusing to let me go because I don’t have insurance but yet this damn place wont get a hold of me and I can’t get a hold of anyone.

I was amazed at how amazing they're very professional. office is super clean, and the girl who named i don't remember was so gentle. I'm looking forward to bringing all my 4 kids here.

Very soon I got service without no huge waiting. All the staff is very helpful. If anyone who don’t know English or Spanish translated facility is also available there. Very neat and clean with proper system place. ?

The staff at this location is amazing and super helpful and honest. Was told since It was lunch time I might have to wait a few hours because of everyone in front of me. I do value the honesty

This place is not popular place. I should have rated zero but you can't. Customer service all time zero. Friendliness all time zero. Management needs to be involved.

What you expect it's a government-owned building at the bottom it was clean people are friendly the building is nice but the building was built by the United States military it's the old commissary at Castle Air Force Base so it's built very well apparently the decor is left over from AT&T call center you see me on the carpets where the cubicles where he look real closely but what do I care it does its job is service of people who needs it I do think they need to combine the Employment Development Department with the Human Service Agency AKA welfare office maybe just maybe we might have less people on welfare and more people working but that also comes down to the corporations need to hire people and stop trying to keep everybody for themselves we human beings something else destroy the machines as a designee robots take our jobs and they don't give us new job so we replace or training destroy the machines

Very clean, large parking lot. Everywhere I went was wheelchair accessible. Signs are east to readb and tell you what direction to go for your need. I went to a woman who gave me a number. My wait wasn't long & my number was called. The man who helped me was kind, well spoken & answered all my questions. Overall a very good experience.
