Safetyville is a great place to treat your kids to a night out. They have free family bike nights and my kids LOVE it! Thursday and Friday nights from 5:30-8:00pm ending August 24. Be sure to bring the helmets. I can't wait for the fall when they have a Halloween event for the little ones.

This place is awesome! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and have great teaching skills. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to take the motorcycle training course. They deserve more than five stars. You guys rock!

Casey Locke has to be one of the worst people qualified to be a counselor. If you are going to use safety center (which I highly recommend you don't) make sure she isn't your instructor. She is rude and seems to enjoy going out of her way to make sure you have a hard time. Very disappointed

I took the basic rider course and I loved it. The instructors I had (Dan and Josh) were fantastic. They were supportive and engaging, clearly happy to be working as instructors. I now feel competent enough to get a motorcycle and start riding.

I have witnessed the most retaliatory god awful treatment from people in this office that are suppose to help. They are corrupt. If you miss a class they make it the most difficult just to collect more money and make your life awful. They sit on their high horses waiting for someone in recovery to make a mistake then they ounce like vultures. Report to DMV. They get off on hurting people. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. They go out of their way to make people’s lives as hard as it can be. Horrible human beings. Bitter old ladies. Mean. Rude. Just awful. I feel sorry for anyone who interacts with these women. They are out for blood.

DUI program is slow. They do not have time to call back participants to do their one on ones even though they have a schedule appointment. Very out of date program needs a lot of upgrades. My counselor is great and I would love to give this a five star review for Debbie Boggs. The help center is the reason behind the one star rating. Website will not let you know how much you would have left to pay or when your payment has processed, the website does not let you schedule one on ones. For the amount of money and participants that they get on a monthly basis, I think that they would take care of these issues.

For a county-ran program, its pretty bottom barrel, the office is a trashy trailer with random decor and pamphlets on the wall. They have messed my program up from the beginning- enrolling me in the wrong program, always telling me something different when it comes to fees charged or how classes missed(one time its 6, then 9. Then 8?) Can't get anyone, even the supervisor, Alina to call me back. A few of the counselors are good, some are very odd- they never seem to be able to keep staff, always short-staffed and counselors always having to cover other groups/face to face? Ran down from the inside, out. I ask for a two sentence letter for court , stating my progress and amount paid and they say they can't do that. They said for a long time they didn't receive my MAAD certificate... just problem after problem here

Says there open today 7-3-2024 and thenre NOT JUST A HEADS UP for those who care to not waist there time calling in today ....fix your guys Google page to inform those that participant in classes
