There are so many classes to choose from. Always something going on. There could be better communication. Had to walk around half the building to be let in & that's not easy with a cane. But once we were in the class, it was great. Looking forward to continuing. The folklorico class for kids as young as 3. They have zumba classes, there will be a haunted hallway for Halloween as well.

I love this place, we even live just right next to it. We can use the computer if ours is not working even the printer & for free. All you need is to register. They have X'MAS party for everyone w/ free food & even gifts for kids. They can help you in everything like finding jobs if you want.

WAY WAY back in the mid to late 70's my cousin and I attended preschool @ Ambrose Rec. Our teachers were a married couple Ann & Brian(I think). Everyday at nap time they gave us each a chocolate pudding cup. To a 5 yr old that was awesome!
I don't know why he was there,but Evel Knievel came and jumped our dumpsters one day. Again,to a 5yr old that was AWESOME! It's definitely something I will never forget!

5 STAR resource center. There are many front line issues that this center takes on in helping a public in need. Call or visit them today, Its very possible that they're able to aid you in your situation. If not its very possible that they're able to point you in the right direction. I want to encourage you not to give up.

I've attended a few really great park assessment workshops here. They were very engaging and I felt like it was a great space for community to give their input and feedback. The park behind it is a little run down, but if the input from the parks assessments is initiated, they should be fixed up within the next few years.

There's also a Sparkpoint Family Center inside and fairly nice community garden next door.

They are a real blessing if you are in need. Im 30 weeks pregnant and during this pandemic am finding it hard to make ends meet. They were willing to help make sure the baby and I are fed. So thankful!
