So, Ive always enjoyed helping little kids I've been told so many time that that's my calling in life because how children adapt to me and my huge heart for them. This is why getting a sub position with this company was a blessing AT FIRST! However, I am the type that will always stand on what is right and I was subbing at this school in a special need class and did not Agee with something wrong that the teachers were doing to a child and I had left that day and the principal texted me asking could she speak to me the next day. I took my phone to do a voice memo because I have been lied on before while working with this company so I wanted to make sure I had proof of what was said in this meeting with this principal. ESS fired me for recording this meeting and didn't care to know what happen or do anything about is they was more interested in the fact that I record the conversation. So I feel they are focus more on the image of their company than the children and that was really heartbreaking for me

ESS will not speaking to me about a matter of one of their employees that called my son and other students racist names while being teacher at his school. The school itself has insured me that this woman will not be back into their schooling system at all, bit however this is only a city school. I don't think this woman deserves to be allowed around any child she is a bully and her actions could harm a child to bring harm to themselves that was my reasons for speaking with ESS.
