War vor einigen Jahren für ein Jahr in Amerika. Von der Organisation hieß es vorher, dass die Gastfamilien kein Geld für meinen Aufenthalt bekommen. Letztendlich hat sich rausgestellt, dass die Gastfamilien knapp 450$ pro Monat bekommen. Es haben sich somit hauptsächlich Familien angemeldet, die das Geld NÖTIG hatten zum „überleben“. Nach 10 Monaten, 4 Gastfamilien & 1 Notfallfamilie für wenige Tage ist man froh gewesen wieder nach Deutschland zu kommen. Letztendlich bleiben nur die positiven erinnerungen hängen aber die Zeit Vorort war teils echt unzumutbar! Abgesehen von 1-2 hilfreichen Mitarbeitern die bei den Familienwechseln geholfen, kann ich nichts gutes erwähnen. Etwas mehr als 40.000€ haben meine Eltern letztendlich bezahlt. Verrückt!!!

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Kann nur dringend von ec.se abraten. Alle Zusagen/Versprechen wurden nicht eingehalten! Wir haben den geplanten einjährigen Aufenthalt unserer Tochter in Kanada nach einem halben Jahr vorzeitig beendet. Eine sehr teure Erfahrung. Das gesamte Schulgeld haben wir nicht zurück bekommen, mehrere Tausend Euro!! Das Ganze ist ein reines Geschäftsmodell. Sämtliche Kurse, die unsere Tochter sich vorher ausgesucht hat, konnte Sie nicht belegen. Schulen sind von "Internationals" völlig überlaufen, wie gesagt es geht nur um das Geld. Bei den Familien ist es ähnlich, die Kinder sind völlig auf sich gestellt, eine Integration bzw. ein Familienleben findet nicht statt. Ecse versprach uns dann, im 2. Halbjahr würde alles besser werden: Mitnichten!! Kanada ist völlig überbewertet!! VORSICHT!!
