My daughter just turned two and transitioned to the next class up for her age. We put her in daycare for the first time when she was 18 months and were honestly so overwhelmed at how new it all felt. A few months into her time in the cubs class, she got new teachers, McKayla and Alexa. These two women have been absolute rockstars in helping ease my nerves and in caring for our girl. As a parent, you never want to feel like a burden when contacting your kids teachers in providing suggestions or feedback. Every single thing my husband and I told to Alexa and McKayla—they followed through on. They both individually worked so hard, specifically, to help my daughter learn how to nap in a room full of other toddlers and ended up finding the solution and best pattern for her to fall asleep.
As a mom, I desire nothing more than to know and trust that my daughter can be taken care of and is safe. With McKayla and Alexa, I never doubted that for a second. We will miss our daughter being in their class so much!

I absolutely love A Child’s Heart. They have been wonderful to work with. I love that they have technology that makes it easy to communicate, know what is happening, and even see what is happening. All of the staff has been so sweet and great to work with. Mrs Betty in the Butterflies/Baby room has been great. You can tell how much she loves all the babies and is always willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend a Child’s Heart!

I will be completely transparent... Leaving my kids with people I do not know was one of the hardest things I have had to go through as a mother. My son who just turned 2 has been at ACH for over a year and my daughter is 9 months and has been there 3 months. I have been so impressed with the love, patience, and compassion that has been poured out on both of my kids by all the staff. I am communicated with on a daily basis from the teachers, and I can check on them anytime and know I will get a quick response.
My son talks about his teachers as much as he talks about extended family members and I can feel the love he has for them, which makes me feel so safe every time I drop them off. He also often comes home singing prayer songs and songs about Jesus. This is one of the greatest things to witness as a parent and to know that the love of Christ is being demonstrated and taught even away from our home. I am so happy with the care we have received, and I recommend ACH to all my friends and family looking for childcare.

Our 2 year old is loving going to "school" here. There was an adjustment period of course, since this is his first time in day care but the teachers were so loving and patient and he quickly settled in and is now excited to go. The staff has been wonderful! Their technology and communication is amazing. We love the apps features for chatting with the teachers, getting updates on food, activities, diapers + naps and being able to access a camera for his class room. We are very happy with our experience here and seeing our child thrive gives us so much reassurance. He is learning so much! We are very thankful to have our child go here.

5 years ago as a new mom I found this daycare and trusted them to take care of my baby.. He starts kindergarten in a few weeks and we just had his last day at ACH( I wish we could stay longer!😭). In those 5 years all of the teachers were amazing. Anytime I was dropping him off I was confident that he was in the hands of someone who truly cared for him. He is also a VERY picky eater and they were always willing to help us out and try new things to get him to eat new foods. Any issue (very rare) was met with a quick communication and resolution. Miss KaiLee is so loved by him and he always tells me how kind she is! (She truly is a BLESSING). I will always recommend this daycare to anyone looking for childcare. THANK YOU to everyone for taking such great care of him!!

As a first time parent there is a lot of anxiety that comes with leaving your baby for the first time. A child's heart has been a perfect fit. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and it is so sweet that they all know our babies name when she comes and goes. The one who goes above and beyond for our baby is Betty, she gives us so much peace of mind in the care she offers for our baby, but also she is exceptionally helpful in communicating and coming up with a plan that works at daycare and home. Highly recommend this center for any little one 🙂

I have many mixed emotions - My son was 1 1/2 when we started daycare. I was very nervous as this was his first time going to daycare along with my first time with leaving him with someone other than family. Of course, he had a hard time adjusting but after 6 months, leaving him in the mornings got progressively worse. He’d clench to my shirt and cry the moment we pulled into the parking lot. I knew he wasn’t comfortable. The teachers in his class were great for the first couple weeks. I watched the cameras like a hawk - I’ve seen teachers rip cups out of the kids hands if it wasn’t theirs, mindlessly ignore crying kids (opposed to comfortating them.. they’re babies, they want love), I’ve seen on multiple occasions kids running around while teachers play on their phones. It’s heartbreaking for any mom. The teachers are very young, showed zero compassion or patience, especially to my son. I’ve witness first hand a mother SCREAMING at the main teacher for not buckling in her child’s car seat properly for a field trip (hence why I took my son to the field trips in my car because I didn’t trust the teachers). My son has stayed in the same diaper for 7 hours straight and was soaked through his onesie, I noticed once we got home - then when confronting the teacher she stated “it was odd he hadn’t used the restroom. It’s not odd, it’s laziness.
My son would come home absolutely starving, running to my kitchen crying and his face was always dirty from his runny nose. The children take care of themselves, the ‘teachers’ are there to only make sure the kids don’t get hurt. The cameras system is nice but then again pointless when they’re in the class room only a couple hours out of the day and zero camera access to any other room they migrate too. The only time I ever seen them give they’re full attention to the kids was when an observe was in the room or when potential kids were taking tours.

I recently moved daycares because going to work for 8 hours a day, knowing my son is miserable was heartbreaking. I was so exited to start my son at A Child’s Heart due to their Christian background but was absolutely disappointed. I tried my hardest to stay positive but once our morning drop offs got worse, I knew it was time to get my boy out of there. I could go on but I’ve stated my concerns - Biggest advice, don’t hire just anyone to look after peoples children.
