So I have the 30 month program which obviously a great deal of time,BUT I would love to take this time to say with that said because of the fact that I do have Robby as my councilor I have been living this program and for sure my class every Saturday! I actually look forward to my sessions and Robby is such a great person for this that I find myself open up so much and if you knew me I do not open up! For some reason whether it’s because Robby makes me feel so comfortable or that he is very sincere and genuine it’s probably all of the above! I have learned so much in such a small time frame I have learned about many things my emotions and feelings and the does and don’ts with alcohol! I have learned why I did certain things I have learned how to deal with my pain and mental health I can honestly say Robby has helped with that so thank u Robby your the best man

This place has some of the rudes Unprofessional customer service Representatives I have ever encountered in my life. They have no respect for anyone, making the experience with them Miserable. Avoid going here, they won't make things easy for you.

They abuse there power because options are limited for these classes and schools in butte County. They do not work with your schedule and half the time they don't have a scheduled class for you to attend because they over crowd and schedule classes with too many people and don't have any regard for taking a 12 week class and extending it to six months because they don't meet the same demands they place on their students. There unfair prices and lack of accountability make this program a joke. Go to solutions. Trust me this program sets you up to fail and then charges you for the classes they can't accommodate.

I feel that Robbie does a great job and gives a lot of good information. Hands down my favorite class. Going to miss him. I've only 1 class left with him.

good program, the staff are pretty cool. The Counslors are cool at least Joseph is i am not sure about the others. And the only reason i dont give it 5 star is two reasons they dont accept debt or credit cards and the office doesnt answer call during normal busniess hours only after 1pm M-F. Also it is kinda redundant but i dont think that it isn't this programs fault just the whole dui system is a little rediculous.

Just got off of the phone with this office. There should be a BELOW ZERO rating agreed 💯. A person regardless in order to get your license back has to complete DUI classes - you are already ashamed, embarrassed & having a difficult time in your life because of alcohol. The employee I just spoke to was RUDE as hell & would only talk about the $$$ - that's it, that's all. When I told her my soon to be ex-husband (due to violence) was in this same program & I couldn't attend the Oroville program as my ex was there and got booted out & I couldn't attend there for safety reasons & conflict .......I simply asked her if she could refer me or give me another programs #, etc., she told me there was no other DUI School other than Chico & Oroville. Her attitude was basically "sorry about your luck - don't know what to tell you". 😳 Unbelievable and this program has got to be privately owned no doubt.
I deserve everything handed to me trust me, but doing your program, staying sober, getting the help you need & doing everything right to be treated like this is crazy. She does not like her job or must be having a bad day 🙄🙄😳😳🙏🙏
If anyone who sees this can you please let me know of a DUI School that treats you like a human being (that has made some serious mistakes) - but is doing right - please let me know. Thank you. ❤️ 🙏

People are nice enough I took a out of state class they informed me they could help happily took my money now they seem to not know what they are doing I asked before I took the class how long it would take after I finished they assured me it would go through the next day well a week later I’m still waiting no kind of reimbursement but if you are late 1 minute for there class it’s 33$ to retake the class very disappointed
