Toward the abode apartment complex and was really impressed with the facilities and amenities. Especially interesting was the attached five story garage that allows tenants to park on any level and walk directly into that level of the apartment building. Apartments were fairly spacious with nice appliances.

I wanted to follow up on a previous post. Now that we’ve been here for a few months, I am happy to say that everything I previously said has not only been good but better than we could even hope for!! The staff from A to Z is AWESOME. Everyone is friendly, but more importantly they’re very good at what they do. Maintenance, led by Q, is amazing. Top notch in every way. We are extremely happy with our decision to move here!!
Again, the entire staff is absolutely awesome!!!!

Long overdue review. Every step of every process of living here has been made very accommodating by the leasing and maintenance staff. The staff was very helpful with my move-in process cross-country last year and doubly helpful when I transferred apartments within the building this year. The maintenance work orders are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Renting from a large corporate run building is always going to have some issues, but the staff they employ are chill, easy to communicate with, and will take care to personally address your needs. I’ve seen hands change multiple times, and they continue to hire people of quality. Also I have a great view 🤙🏻

Awesome experience renting at Abode Red Rock! Clean, professional, fast to respond to service requests. Great location close to tons of shopping. Easy freeway access. 10 min to Summerlin, 15 min to the strip. Love that I park inside the garage and drive right up to the third floor where my apartment is.

Update: 7/30/2023

Abode maintenance did a fabulous job in response to my air conditioning going out ( of course it happened during a heat wave!) My apartment is on the 3rd floor, which makes it basically unlivable without air. My central air was restored and working in 3 days, and a portable air conditioner was provided in the mean time. Abode responded promptly, and made sure I was kept comfortable until the outside contractor was able to get here to fix the air. (3 days is not a bad response time during a Las Vegas heat wave, and the contractors response time is not under Abodes ability to control anyway) I couldn't ask for anything more.

So, i just signed my lease for another year. It'll be my fourth. More restaurants and biz have opened out front. There are so many good choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Super Walmart, Lowe's and more restaurants and biz across the street. 24 hr gas station across the tiny street and I feel comfortable going there at 2 am. I feel safe in this neighborhood.

Arcy, the manager has exceeded my expectations. I was gonna move out last year, but she replaced the very shitty management we had and she brought her amazing team. They have transformed this building. Better quality people are moving in - professionals. We all work full time jobs, 9 to 5 people. It's happy and bright when you walk into the office AND welcoming. Omg, her Groundsmen are the best. Quinton and Jesse know what they're doing and all repairs are done quickly and correctly. I put in a work order to install a new towel rack in my master bath and Ring camera on my front door. Jesse got it done within 24 hrs! ALL the workers are professional, courteous and friendly. Front office people are helpful and are HAPPY to see you. I am a single woman and I feel very safe because management lives here. This is there house too.

Management should live in the building they manage. They take care of it better. The last team was so awful. They didn't live here. They didn't care about us or the building.

I would actually follow Arcy if she moved on to another building. I hope Cushman reads this.They really f****up hiring that last team. I forgave them because they hired Arcy.

I love this building. This is my third year and I am very happy with the new Management (my third). This team is bringing in better quality renters and they keep the building in tip top shape.

I am super impressed withy the front office staff and maintenance crew. Yoyo who works the front desk is amazing and has seen to every issue promptly. Quentin and Jessie on the maintenance crew are exceptional. The woman who cleans the building is meticulous.
I want to tell Cushman Wakefield to KEEP this team because if they get rid of them, I will move out.

I was NOT impressed with the last management team and was going to move out when my lease was up, but the new team came in and made it all better.

The covered garage is why i chose to live here. You park on your floor and there is ample parking. The elevators are fast, large and temperature controlled. Delivery ppl have told me they love delivering here.

My only complaint is the ONE entry FOB I was assigned. I have a two bedroom apartment but was given ONE FOB. You only get two (with a 2bd) if two ppl are on the lease. I want another FOB for guest and was denied. Whatever. It's a minor flaw and I really love living here.

I am middle aged coming off a divorce. Most renters are young professionals in their 20s & 30s. There are a few with little children, some with teens and some mature folks like me. Overall, all renters are diverse, respectful and courteous. Sure there are Yahoos who don't clean up after themselves but that is not the norm.

If you're a young single women or middle aged newly divorced, this is a very safe building. If you're military (I was married to a Lt Col) this is a great apartment but across town from Nellis.

Love all the restaurants I can walk to and the shopping. This building is truly Urban and wonderful.

I’ve had a terrible experience here and many can say the same. 2 motorcycles have been stolen due to the north gate being broken constantly, they leave it open all night but it always closed during the day, VERY INCONVENIENT. I always see homeless roaming the complex due to the door being ajar all the time. Bad security, don’t move here unless you want your things stolen. The staff also don’t care about the residents problems, they just ignore it.

Love it, maintenance crew was fast at fixing garbage disposal and staff was super helpful. Phone doesn’t get picked up all the time but emails and responses online are usually fast. Pool area is surprisingly quiet and doesn’t draw a rowdy crowd. I’ve read some past reviews about the garage doors being broken and open all the time but they got it fixed and working, good so far!

The staff are extremely professional and attentive. The property is always super clean and amenities are awesome. The workout facility can use more machines. The pool area is beautiful and the lobby/clubhouse. Coffee is great and is available to residents during the time the office is open.
