Acorn academy parks their vans in all the ADA parking of their building. There are no other ADA spots on the parking lot. This is a complete disregard of patients at nearby facilities, their own students families, and future students families. It’s also against the law. I am very disappointed in their choice to block these parking spots and ramp.

Using fake name to protect myself.
There are a few workers that go above and beyond for the kids and parents, thank you to these few. But for the rest... They poorly take care of kids that need more attention.
They treat them as if they are the worst children and seem to not want to care for these kids.
The mangers kids get special treatment.
There has been a couple of occasions were a stranger(male) has been casually hanging out in the office without being staff.
The front receptionist in the afternoon treats people like they are a bother for greeting her, has bsolutely no manners or acknowledgement for people, and overall highschool attitude...

Hiding name for safety and actual confidentiality. The managers posts on Facebook are childish and completely mind blowing. She makes fun of people and literally puts down so many humans by going as far as laughing at their physical appearances. I don’t want someone like that influencing my children. I can’t imagine that being remotely professional or allowed by the academy. I have stopped coming and will never go again. Also, after hearing about rumors that I have found to be true, I don’t want to have to watch out for my husband being contacted on the side by female staff who are into him. Also, and probably the biggest thing is this place should be under investigation for fraud. I have turned them in for ICCP fraud and I hope others do as well.

Have had no problem with them until my son was diagnosed as high functioning autistic who needs a little more help and guidance than other kids. Not to mention I used to work there so I know who all the "trouble" kids are and back in October the pre-k and all day kindergarten were supposed to go to a pumpkin patch and ironically around the time that they were boarding the car to leave all us parents with "trouble" kids got a call saying there was a lice outbreak and that they had to go home and couldn't come back without a doctor's note. If there was really a lice outbreak like they claimed why didn't they send every kid home to be safe? And how come the day after that the office and staff acted like nothing happened and that the kids were alright to come back. I didn't even need the doctor's note saying my kids didn't have lice

I have 2 kids, a 9 yr old and 4 yr old. My baby has some separation anxiety because of my divorce, so every time I usually take him to anyone he cries and his brother helps comfort him. But this has been literally the only place he feels comfortable and happy enough for me to stay a couple of hours without his brother to help soothe him. I am very happy with this daycare. Im so glad my gym has them for child care services!!!

My daughter wants taken care of as well as the other kids. Just because she had special needs they looked at her different and took care of her differently. Leaving the daycare with her diaper still full because they didn’t change her or poop up her back. That is not acceptable for any kid and in any condition. I wasn’t happy about how situations got handled because there were staff there considered as favorites and didn’t get served the consequences they deserved.
