First time parent here! And thrilled with our experience at Action Day on Elm. The staff really seem to authentically care about each kid. I would say our child feels like they are family! They are always understanding when our schedule flexes and have been really great at helping us navigate toddler behavior and development. They have a fun and engaging curriculum and are always coming up with new activities for the kids.

Worst experience I have been through with any center. We as parents have a hard enough time finding someone to trust our babies with while we have to work, then to encounter what my family and myself have gone through multiple times here is absolutely horrifying. It is expected that kids will disagree and have an issue here or there, but when parents of the children get involved and come after other children, that crosses the line. This is what I have encountered and both times I have brought it to the owners attention while she has done NOTHING about it. The other child and their parent is still attending even after the other parent has not only threatened my child, but expressed will be waiting for my husband. Center did nothing to combat this. I would NOT recommend sending your children here. The staff in the three's room is amazing. Ms. Kayla goes above and beyond for these precious kids, Ms. Angelica with school age is also amazing with the kids. But it doesn't make the cut for a safe environment for children and left my mind unsettled everyday I had to leave my babies there. Thankfully, they will no longer attend Action Day.

This place is not a safe place for children. Staff breaches personal confidentiality on other parents and children. There's parents who are allowed to just walk in and make threats. Which the staff tells the children not to tell their parents. I know a child that got bullied and beat up, once he fought back the parent was told they don't fix violence with violence.
