She made it fun, was so knowledgeable, and I left knowing that if someone needed my help I could bring what I was taught to the scene. Josh at Adam's Safety training led a most excellent class. After having taken this class every two years for over 20 years it is nice to see someone who cares to help you understand processes on a higher level. I would highly recommend attending. You can also purchase some equipment.

My wife and I live in Oakland and came in today with our employee for an 8 hour CPR, AED, and first aid class. We initially wanted to renew our certification at a married couple's house who offer it in Alameda (much closer to us) - this was where we originally received our certification at. Fortunately they were full and we got to do the Adams Safety Training experience!

Training here at AST has been fun, informative, and engaging. Josh was our instructor. His energetic attitude made for a more pleasant time despite the long 8 hour timeframe. Many great questions were asked and Josh knew his stuff. The hands-on with the adult, child, and infant dummies was great as well!

Marlene at the San Ramon location was my instructor and she taught things in an a way that was easy to understand and REMEMBER.
